After lots of bad luck and two failed sales during lockdown (one of which with another local agent who was less than helpful!) Paul pulled it out the bag to secure us our final buyers. My sale and purchase all sorted within 8 weeks . Holly Davis such a professional, going that extra mile to support me. Toby always made sure my queries were answered asap. GoogleWe put our house on the market in January in a particularly uncertain time, yesterday we moved into our new house! The process (apart from yesterday - moving day is always pretty intense) was completely stress free. Contracts and agreements between estate agent and customer are black and white, nothing is hidden. All of the staff are so helpful and approachable and will consistently go the extra mile all of the time for you. They show a genuine interest in getting you a great result on your property and when compared to other agents in the area who just flaunt their sales figures at you as a ploy to hook you in the decision as to who we wanted to market our house with was easy. Holly is awesome nothing more to be said, she is able to achieve results under immense pressure. She de-conflicted miscommunication between solicitors who seemed to lose their page quite easily and made our exchange and completion happen within a 2 hour window! When the legal people from the house we were buying failed to organise themselves properly, essentially she didn’t need to do the solicitors job for them but that is what happened, she went above and beyond for us as the customer! Paul filled us with confidence from the start, his down to earth approach and local knowledge made the choice of agent an easy one. GooglePaul Preen and his team at Plymstock were excellent to deal with for us as buyers at what turned out to be a both busy but challenging time to purchase! The online video was extremely helpful in aiding us to remember detail about the property after viewing and prior to making the offer (particularly given our location some distance away from the property before purchase). Paul was kind enough to meet us at the house on multiple occasions to assist in further enquiries we needed to make, and was able to recommend some excellent contacts for planning and architectural services. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office, and they would be our choice for re-marketing the property in future (but hopefully not for some considerable time yet!)

GoogleTerrible experience with this letting agency (my worst so far). They tried to take my deposit for cleaning fees for a house that was clean when I left. Don’t use this company if you can’t but if you live in one of their house document well the conditions when you move in and out with photographs etc. But avoid it if you can, they will try to take your deposit.

GoogleWe recently bought our first property in Plymouth through LTC. Everyone was kind, helpful and professional. In particular we would like to thank Debbie (sales progressor), she kept us updated us regularly, even daily when necessary and kept us sane when things became difficult due to a complex chain.
