GoogleSold my house through Lang Town & Co working with Holly and Josh. Both exceptional from the moment I asked them to value my house. They were professional and guided me through my first house sale with ease and clarified info that I was unsure of. As key decision needed to be made, they supported me and constantly kept me updated. They replied to emails unbelievably fast, always answered the phone and whenever they needed to find out info they did so in an extremely quick manner. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you for be a shining light in what was a tricky, stressful period.

GoogleKathryn and team were brilliant in helping us manoeuvre our way through a difficult buying and selling chain. Although they were only responsible for our purchase I was impressed on how all the estate agents worked together and used their contacts to help ensure we could exchange and complete on the same day. It was touch and go and very stressful but Kathryn was always there to listen and offer advice.

GoogleFantastic service from the team at the Plymstock office. A real contrast to the unfortunate experience I had with the main branch of Lang in Mutely when selling my property with them earlier in the year. The team there could learn a thing or two about service from the team here in Plymstock, a big thank you to Holly, Natalie and Paul in particular for their joint efforts to get the purchase completed before Xmas!

GoogleWe all know that moving home is one of life's stressors. I found the team at Lang selling my house very helpful and communication was great. I also viewed some properties with Lang and received the same service. Questions and queries answered promptly and calls returned without fault. This all made for considerably less stress on my part knowing that Lang were chasing things on my behalf when dates with solicitors started to be discussed. I would recommend the team at Lang and would use them in the future. Thank you very much Plymstock team *****

GoogleLang Town and Country were a fantastic estate agent to deal with from start to finish, and far out shone all other agents I interacted with throughout my long and drawn out sale and purchase process. Every member of their staff were professional, friendly and respectful. Their processes were swift, efficient and proactive. I never had to chase them once, for anything. They got my purchase transaction over the line very promptly, a very different experience than I'd had with another agent on a property purchase that fell through (and that I lost money on). Overall a much better experience than I'd had with multiple other agents during my 12 month journey. I wish I'd also sold with them and absolutely would go to them if I ever decide to sell in future. They even gave me a welcome gift and house warming card which was the icing on the cake of a great experience. Thank you to all at Lang Town and Country. 😊

GoogleOur experience with Lang Town & Country (Plymouth) has been extremely challenging. After moving out of one of their managed properties, we were presented with an unjustified list of deposit deductions, including a £180 charge for a "finish clean," despite having left the property in good condition after a thorough two-day clean. It became evident that they had no intention of being fair and reasonable in their approach. They even tried to charge us for carpet cleaning that hadn’t been done prior to our tenancy and for curtain stains caused by a leaky radiator, a maintenance issue we had reported and that was never properly addressed during our tenancy. Even after we raised valid concerns, we were met with dismissive responses and veiled threats about renegotiating other costs if we dared to dispute. It was only after taking the case to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) that our entire deposit was returned. This outcome clearly shows that their claims were unreasonable from the start. If you're considering renting through Lang Town & Country, be prepared for a stressful end-of-tenancy process, inflated charges, and poor maintenance service. They will happily make you pay for their shortcomings. I cannot recommend this agency and would advise others to be cautious when dealing with them.
