GoogleAs a first time landlord Lang Town & Country have been a hugely helpful and easy to work with agent. From finding tenants to arranging contractors to complete a couple extra bits of work before the tenants moved in nothing has been too much for Lang Town. They have also been great at keeping me in the loop and explaining anything I was unsure of every step of the way. I now have tenants in my house and look forward to continuing to work with Lang Town and Country.

GoogleI bought my first home with the help of Lang Town & Country and I couldn't have been more impressed with their level of customer service and care. I dealt with a number of staff members at the Plymouth branch and I can honestly say they were all so attentive and helpful and never made me feel pressured to make any decisions. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy in a heartbeat.

GoogleWe have recently completed the sale of our apartment in Plymouth and could think of no other better company to use than Lang Town & Country. I cannot speak highly enough of their professional team, their help and advice. They handled all of the viewings and gave prompt feedback so that we knew if the viewers were interested. Once the sale was secured we were contacted by Darcie from Sales progression who worked tirelessly to keep us updated and answered all of our questions. I don't think I've ever been as well informed about the sale of a property. Special mention to Phil who actually sold us the apartment 5 years earlier and who we trusted implicitly. I highly recommend using Lang Town & Country for buying or selling.

GoogleWe bought our house through Lang Town & Country, completing on 28th November. We also sold through them. As a former estate agent I can highly recommend all the staff in the Plymstock Office who dealt with us efficiently, timely and answered all our questions. They dealt with all stages of the selling and buying, assisting us to co-ordinate both with our vendors, purchasers, surveyors and solicitors. Whilst selling and buying a house are inherently stressful, they made it as seamless as is possible - and the bottle of bubbly on completion was a lovely added touch. Whilst we never want to sell our home, if and when we do, we will give them our repeat business.

GoogleIm in the process of looking for a new rental, but so far, they offer the best way to view a listing, that being (seemingly) always having a floor plan and a walkround video. This makes the process of working out if a property fits my needs, SO much easier.

GoogleChristine Ingram is a fantastic professional and she is a credit to both Lang Town and Country as a company and also to the profession of letting agency in general. She's incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent and caring as a person, and if I were to be letting out a property myself in the future, she is exactly the type of person that I would want representing my property. Anyone who is new in the field of lettings and property management could gain an awful lot by simply spending a few weeks watching how Christine does her job and then implementing these same attributes into their own approach. She's an absolute superstar.

GoogleThis is the second time we've used Lang Town & Country (Plymstock) to sell our house and the second time I've given them a 5-star review. This house sale has been particularly tricky (for reasons outside Lang Town & Country's control), but the team and especially Holly and Josh, have been nothing short of amazing. They have chased everyone in the chain relentlessly to make the move happen, kept us fully informed with updates several times a week, given us motivation when we've needed it and occasionally sympathised with us when we've had a bit of a moan! Not every house sale is as straightforward as we would like it to be, but having a team like Lang Town & Country in your corner makes all the difference. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them unreservedly.

GoogleI have recently purchased a property from Lang Town & Country and the process has been nothing but perfect. Each of the staff have been attentive, welcoming and professional throughout. I also booked them separately to carry out an EPC rating on a property, and the same feedback applies. Efficient, and a pleasure.
