GoogleThe manager Michelle MacDonald at this company is totally inept and incompetent. I emailed her on 22nd June and asked her a simple question pertaining to a property I was interested in, and also about when I could view the property, but she failed to get back to me. I emailed Michelle again 3 weeks later, and despite informing her I would write an honest negative review on google if she still failed to respond, nearly a week later she has never bothered to get back to me! I would advise people to go elsewhere if they wish to sell or buy a property, since the manager Michelle MacDonald at Keys Estate Agents is obviously quite happy to sit back and take money from clients without doing any work! What a way to "mis" manage a company!!NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleVery good estate agents - I sold my flat through them, and they were professional and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. My property was well-marketed online, with excellent photographs, I sold quickly and easily and I was kept up to date via phone and email every step of the way. Recommended!

GoogleKeys Sold my flat within weeks . First class service ! Pamela the manager gave a first class service . And whenever I needed anything other staff members Susan & David where always there to help too . Nothing was a problem ! I would go with these guys again if selling . Definitely recommend! GoogleKeys & Lee provided an excellent service. They let my property incredible quickly (it was on the market less than a day when the found tenants who wanted to move in straight away). They were responsive to my questions (of which there were many as I was a first time landlord), and made everything easy. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI spoke with them twice asked to organise viewing and twice they booked me in on wrong property and sent me wrong home report. When I called them I was transfered between 3 different person . Finally I had a viewing for right property . Agent that came to show it dosn`t have idea about the property. At the end I asked agent to check with owner informatioan about issue that I found in the property and he told me that will check it and will get back to me next day but...never called me back. Also I had a call from some one else from the agency asked just for feedback...not interested in selling at all. In general.... they are not interested in selling and absolutely lack of communications and professional approach to customer

GoogleHad our house on the market with this company from October - January. Whenever you call them they are unable to answer your question or able to put you to someone who can answer your call- to be told they will call you back....... to never call you back. I have since read reviews from other people to say the staff are rude- but I have to DISAGREE, they are just incompetent. I have asked to have the house removed from there portfolio...... hopefully to a company that are a little more organised.

GoogleDo not don’t use these agents they are very unprofessional. I had my flat on the market for and I did not have one single viewing from these guys. I then asked Charlotte Bates(Sales Negotiator)if one of the other agents can use their photo to advertise my property and she stated that director was away on holiday when thou I made this request to the five days prior and then had to call her and refused to give my even the directors email address. She had a cocky attitude and made every excuse under the sun to use delay tactics to give her more time to advertise my property so she could sell it. I did not even get one viewing ( how can I with Charlottes as a sales negotiator.I don’t think she is even capable of selling a can of coke never mind a house or a flat. I found rude and unhelpful. I would love to ask the director what made him hire her? Anyway don’t waste your time with this agent loads more in Collier Row. I am a very calm and placid person but Charlotte rubbed me up the wrong way and after 5 minutes on the phone to her I took my property off the market with Keys and Lees. Thanks Charlotte not much commission in your wages this month.

Staff are polite and helpful and attend to all our sales and rental needs. Highly recommend them to handle all business.

GoogleWe are very pleased with Keys&Lees, Will, Charlotte and Duncan! They have been quick and amazing with helping us get into our rented flat as quick as we did. I would recommend these guys to everyone, the 3 named above really are amazing! Directors and management!!!! They deserve a BIG FAT bonus at the end of this month!!!
