GoogleHaving used many different disappointing agents over the years for letting my portfolio I can not recommend Keys and Lee enough ! Professional, friendly and adaptable that go that extra mile - nothing is too much trouble The biggest difference I found with Keys and Lee from any other agent is that they actually listen and communicate so that I am always aware of what is going on through the process of renting property out through them Charlotte and Sandra treated me like a person rather than an opportunity to generate money through fees for their company and nowadays that’s a very rare find and appreciated that although a landlord I like any potential tenant still needed support through the process I can not recommend this agent enough in particular Charlotte who went above and beyond 100% be using them again

GoogleKeys & Lee were a real help. It took us nineteen months to find a property of our choice but they remained patient and found us a second buyer when our the original purchaser pulled out as we took so long. I would recommend them every time

GoogleWent to a viewing, nobody turned up and no prior warning. Phoned the office and the person on the phone told me it was under offer and was disinterested in the inconvenience caused. Advised me they had left a message that the viewing was cancelled (they had not). Highly doubt I would view, buy or sell with this agent in future as a result.
