GoogleKeys were very professional. They sold my flat quickly and achieved a very good price. Their staging service was great and I appreciated that they went above and beyond and interacted with the lawyers to help it all go through within the timeframe. They were in constant communication with me to keep me updated and allow me to make an informed decision about the offers received. I strongly recommend them. Moving home is one of the most stressful things to do, but Sandra and Duncan made the whole process as supportive and stress-free as possible. Helped with all the problems with solicitors and the people we were buying from. The whole process was made so much easier because of them. Highly recommend.

GoogleCan't speak highly enough of this place. I was having trouble selling my property with another company and my friend recommended Keys. Within 3 weeks the house was sold. It would of been sooner hadn't it been for the fact it was 2 days before Christmas that it was put on the market. I originally dealt with David who was very professional and he passed me on to Kayla whom I don't have the words to describe how helpful she was. She went over and above what was expected and kept me informed daily as to the progress. A very professional company and staff and would give more stars if Google would allow

From start to finish, my experience was very positive. the Key's team achieved selling prices that were higher than my expectation and also added so much value with helpful advice and recommendations. I have dealt with many estate agents and I would rate this company as one of the best I have experienced in terms of overall service and great value for money. Particular mentions go to Kayla and David for excellent customer care.

GoogleHaving chosen Keys Estate Agents l found them to be a very professional and independent always keeping me updated on ongoing matters regarding the house sale. I would highly recommend them to anyone as the staff is very friendly and are always at the end of a email or phone if you need anything from the start of the sale to the end of the process. The Agents make the process stress free by marketing the property at a fair price that attracts buyers and also ensure that you have all the necessary information before putting your property on the market and maximising your viewings. A big shout must go out to the photographer and again the friendly professional staff.

GoogleHappy Christmas to Pam and Keys team. Apologies for taking so long to post a thank you. David did a brilliant job along with team marketing my property and achieving a price that exceeded expectation in super quick time. I went back to Keys during Covid Keys had helped sell a property for my cousin. They did an amazing job in a highly emotional time and was never forgotten. It wasnt just sentiment it was a great decision and vindicated . Pam and team have a professionalism that understands that moving home is a highly stressful time and in my circumstances was downsizing to a smaller place and lots of moving parts . I did let myself down by losing my cool yet Keys took it in their stride and didnt take it personally . I had an awful experience with Countrywide and would never recommend or refer them. Not because of any animis purely because lack of awareness that customer and reputation is all you have in service industry. I wish Keys team a brilliant Christmas and prosperous New Year and deserve this because they do their job to best of their ability and work hard . Thanks

The team, namely- David and Kayla, worked hard and it honestly felt as if they knew me and my property really well.
