GoogleMichelle, Huge thanks for all your support in selling our flat! It wasn’t without its hitches, but we got there in the end
Thank you so much for your review! Yes nothing is ever straightforward at the moment but glad that you got there in the end!

GoogleThe most unprofessional service ever. First of all, the agent would barely communicate and every time to get a response I had to email & call several times, often waiting up to a week for a response. Moreover, I was misinformed regarding the progress of the sale (i.e. told that the application was filed, while it in fact wasn't) But the worst part is that after the sale was agreed and about to be finalised, the estate agent found out that the property has an age limit. How can an estate agent not know such basic details about the property as an age limit and still proceed with the sale? They wasted 2 months and caused a lot of upset.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI’d been searching for a new house for a while and had dealt with a lot of estate agents along the way. I found the staff at Keys Estate Agents were by far and away the easiest, most professional and most pleasant to deal with. No matter who I spoke to on the team, I was met with the same excellent customer service. I ended up buying my new home through Keys and everything ran smoothly. I’d definitely recommend Keys Estate Agents for top class service and for a team that are a pleasure to deal with! Thank you!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleOver the moon by the fantastic service received from Pamela and the team at Keys estate agents. A very professional, first class experience from start to finish. They provided great advice regarding some issues highlighted on my homereport and got my property on the market in no time. Lots of viewers lined up in the first week as they contacted prospective purchasers in advance. I received a fabulous offer within a week. Highly recommended the team at KEYS if you want a professional, friendly, hassle free experience with updates provided at each step of the sales process.
