GoogleSold a house with one of Leicester’s big high street names, what a traumatic experience. Then bought and sold with Judge, what a difference!. The staff at Judge went over and above to get our purchase completed and our sale was smooth as it could be and cost less then the other high street.

They continued to chase things on our behalf to try and help speed the processes up wherever they possibly could. A special mention to Amanda who has been super, very helpful and responsive in trying to help. A big thank you to her and the team!

GoogleHad dealings with Judges when we recently purchased a bungalow. Everybody there was very helpful, keeping us informed on progress. We did not deal directly with the sellers, but through Judges. They were quite happy to act as a go-between answering our queries. I would certainly recommend Judges if you are buying or selling property in this area of Leicestershire. Thanks to Amanda, Lisa, Libby and Andrew.
Thank you Gary, this is so nice to read and we were very happy to be a part of your property journey and certainly hope you pop in to say hi when you are free!

GoogleI recently bought a house that was listed/sold by Judge & they were so responsive & helpful. Most estate agents are so difficult to get hold of so it was a breath of fresh air to have Lisa's help with anything I needed throughout the process. They made moving a lot more enjoyable!
Thank you Victoria, we are so pleased to hear that we made your move a happy and stress free move!

GoogleUpon instruction, the process was quick and easy. Lisa without delay ensured she had all the information required to allow the sale to be advertised. An appointment for photographs was quickly made, with Andrew arriving on time and taking some quality photos for our listing. Andy took the time to speak to us about the whole process and get a good write-up for our listing by asking for accurate information from ourselves. The listing was posted very quickly, with an eye catching photograph and detailed descriptions. We were soon receiving requests to view, which was managed by both Lisa and Amanda. We were kept fully updated around viewing availability, times and importantly feedback from viewers. I felt fully up-to-date with all the developments and had no need to chase up on any information. The feedback given was constructive and fair. We were soon having second viewings. Again, this was managed expertly and with zero delay. We soon received a very acceptable offer. However, the work carried out by Judge Estate Agents did not stop there. Throughout the process, they continued to provide me with updates and were instrumental in pushing for updates and progress further up the chain, who were dragging their heels. Lisa was near daily onto our sellers solicitors trying to help unblock problems and provide us with updates. She literally went above and beyond what was expected of her. 100% happy with the service provided, the interactions throughout and for what was a very reasonable/fair price. Thank you Judge Estate Agents for helping us with our dream move to the seaside. We could not have done it without you and I cannot recommend your services enough to others thinking of buying and selling. Thank you.
Thank you for your lovely feedback and we are so pleased to know you are now making more memories by the sea!!

GoogleLeasehold? No problem! We had to sell my very elderly Dad's leasehold bungalow in a 'retirement village', after he moved into a care home. The Team were familiar with the 'village' and made sure potential buyers understood the limitations, as well as the benefits, before viewing, so there were no 'time wasters'. The whole process went very smoothly and much more quickly than expected, which made it so much easier for Dad, who was very pleased with the price achieved. The team were always on hand to advise and to deal with any issues/queries straight away. Highly recommended.
We are very pleased not only to have achieved a smooth and swift sale but also to help you and your family too. We appreciate your recommendations and wish you all the best. Thank you!
