GoogleSelling for the first time, I chose Judge, as I had heard good reviews by word of mouth. All the team are very helpful and offered guidance where needed. I am so pleased I sold the house through them. Libby ensured I was updated regularly, and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Judge
This is so nice to receive and your review means so much to Libby and the team! Thank you.

GoogleWhen I became responsible for selling my parents property after they were both deceased, I wasn't sure which estate agents to go to. After looking at reviews, I chose Judge, based in Anstey. Despite many ups and downs along the way, the property has now been sold, and I can't praise Amanda, and Libby enough. They were with me every step of the way. Giving me advice, keeping me completely up to date, and informed. They're very knowledgeable, supportive, and managed to put my mind at rest when things didn't go quite right. I definitely recommend Judge to anyone thinking about selling a property. Thank you Amanda, and Libby ☺️
It was a privilege to help you through your difficult and sensitive time and it means the world to Amanda and Libby as well as all of us to hear such a glowing review! Thank you.

GoogleI have experience of both buying and selling a property with Judge. The buying was within Anstey but the selling was not within the Charnwood area at all, but it worked out fine. Its true to say that they are friendly group of people to deal with who know a lot about the business and the local area. But a key thing here, and perhaps a big selling point to think about, is that you will always be kept up-to-date. You wont need to contact them to chase things up. They will keep you informed of any developments, big or small, along the way. Highly recommended by me for both buying and selling.
Such lovely words and review and it was a pleasure not just selling your home but helping you move to your next property. Thank you for your kind recommendation.

GoogleThank you to all the staff at Judge Estate Agents - Andrew, Lisa, Amanda and Libby for selling our Mums house which had been empty for 3 years since she went into a care home. The photos, communication and friendliness are second to none. When Andrew arrived to value & take photos he was very friendly and down to earth. I didn't think the house would sell very quickly but Andrew was confident it would, and it did. Within a week we'd received an offer that went through to the end. Judge handled the viewings and kept me informed at all times with curtesy calls and emails. A big thank you to a professional local family run team. I would highly recommend them. Danuta Baines
Such a lovely review thank you so much!

GoogleWe had an amazing experience through Judge, theyre an incredible group of caring and compassionate professionals. Lisa and the team went above and beyond and really persevered in contacting and chasing all parties. We had a number of issues throughout but Judge maintained faultless communication on a long 7 month journey. Thanks to them we're finally in our home and couldn't be happier.
We were glad to see that we got you into your home and thank you for your kind words!

GoogleIf you need an estate agent, use Judge… why? They’re the best, it’s that simple! I’ve just sold a property with Judge, what a pleasure! I’m very grateful indeed for all the work that you’ve done to get my property from valuation through to completion…Amazing Amanda & team! Judge are friendly, caring, professional, good communicators, knowledgeable, quick to respond, thorough, superb expediters, trustworthy, very competitive fee, accurate property valuation, and fun… just brilliant! A rare excellent performance in a normally grim world. Many thanks, Gordon Lewis.
We are just as grateful for your review and trust in us and was an absolute pleasure!
