GoogleThe sales team were welcoming. knowledgable and efficient in initial viewings and very helpful in second viewings/ arranging access after my offer had been accepted. The exchange and completion process was swift and straightforward with a helpful flat guide with one of the Aftersales team prior to getting the keys. I would have given 5 stars but I am still awaiting some snagging items to be completed almost 8 months after completion.

The integration of renewable energy sources is a forward-thinking addition that aligns perfectly with modern living. The pre-sale team has been exceptional, extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the process. Their support made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Miranda deserves a 10/10. Overall, The Garratt Collection offers a rare combination of design, sustainability, and professionalism. Highly recommended.

GoogleA really beautiful selection of homes at the Garratt Collection, I was particularly impressed by the high specification both internally and externally. Every apartment seems to have a very spacious balcony as well as plenty of storage inside. The sales team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this development if you are looking to buy a new home!

GoogleI’ve just visited the Garratt Collection and was very impressed with the quality of the build, high specification and size of the rooms. I’ve been looking around for a while now and they are one of the best I’ve seen. Apartments have great storage and rooms are more spacious than other developments I’ve visited. Also loved the spacious balconies! Southside shopping centre is just round the corner and it took me 7 min walk to Earlsfield station which is just 3 stops from Waterloo!

GoogleTotal cowboys! Very poorly designed homes with a huge negative impact on the local community. Went into partnership with the council and downed tools until the council agreed to approve their plans for a 7 storey block. Totally dwarves everything as it stands at 4 stories. Another sorry symbol of corruption and privatisation in modern Britain

Higgins installed defective fire barriers and refused to remediate. Higgins misinstalled central boiler system so that hot water was constantly running. Refused to correct the heating system. Shoddy builders who refuse to remediate their construction failures.

Cladding scandal. I live in a block which Higgins built and are refusing to fix. We have cladding and flammable materials and it has been around 3 years and we have gotten nowhere. They have still not signed the building safety repairs pledge that the government announced on 10 January 2022. Go to gov.uk and check the list-of-developers-who-have-signed-building-safety-repairs-pledge Look out potential future buyers....

If only there was a 0* rating. DO NOT buy a Higgins home!!! They can not be bothered to fix their current properties to a good enough standard to warrant a EWS1 form and will potentially only do the bare minimal which doesn’t fully make the building fire safe. Their buyers are trapped in homes they can’t sell and have been for 5 years+. They seem to be still selling properties and haven’t signed the governments pledge, just disgraceful.
