GoogleCouldn't be more happy with the service provided by Frankie and Summer, they've been an absolute delight and have made the whole process of moving into our new place as stress free as possible. Best experience I've had with any estate agents. Thank you both kindly!

GoogleReally good experience renting a property through Harwood estate agents in wellington. Frankie has been an absolute star, really good communication and a very quick turn around, Summer has also been brilliant assisting also. Highly recommend, really clear and concise instructions on what was required and when. Can’t thank them both enough due to speed, professionalism and empathy during this whole process. Thanks so much it is greatly appreciated!

GoogleCowboys!! This company should be shut down. Renting out properties with black mould and damp issues and are not interested in sorting out the issues. There more focused on your money, and good luck getting your deposit back when you try to leave a property. Staff are sarcastic and talk down to you like you don't know anything.

GoogleNot a great experience, didn’t call me back to arrange a valuation on my property which I have since had done by another agent. Also arranged a second viewing on a property marketed by Harwood’s and no show from them , I gave up after waiting over 1/4 of an hour .

GoogleFive stars is not a high enough rating for the team at Harwood in Wellington. I have been a tenant with them twice and I've not only been treated well, I've felt genuinely looked after and cared for. The team at Harwood appreciate a tidy and respectful tenant and in return will go out of their way to communicate kindly, arrange appointments, fix problems, follow up on actions and genuinely care about your answer when they ask how you're getting on. Massive thank you to Joan for your kindness and attention to detail, Summer for your professional, friendly efficiency and James for appreciating my silly emails. If you're looking for an estate agents in Telford, this is THE place. Thanks again.
