GoogleTerribly poor communication skills by the branch I dealt with. I enquired about a flat in Beaufort Gardens and requested a viewing. Over the coming days I had to continually chase up as I had heard nothing back. Then on my 4th attempt to find out what had happened I was told the tenant was being very difficult but they’d carry on trying. It’s been about 2 weeks since that phone call and I’ve heard nothing back. This is a flat priced at £3,445 a month and I’m absolutely stunned that they haven’t even bothered to call me back. To add insult to injury, it’s still being advertised. I’m unsure if the tenant holds more power than the landlord but there is nothing Harrods about Harrods estates, it should perhaps consider a name change to a more realistic brand expectation.

GoogleI was very shocked that it was not open until 11am, also find it very pretentious for most shoppers to enter, with alot off staff not being very helpful unless your a celebrity. My money is as good as anyone else's if not as much.

GoogleA bit meh! Staff are not approachable and stand-offish. If you are looking to purchase I would go to the actual shops, eg Mulberry, Gucci, LV etc as the staff there are much more helpful. Worth a wander as it is a beautiful store, but to purchase go elsewhere. One good thing....the toilets. Sorry, but Selfridges staff were much nicer. 😔
