Looked for estate agents a few years back for both property rent and purchase; it became fairly obvious that Hardings are the estate agent of choice for that location. Whilst the service has been impecable throughout for both a rental arrangement and more so a property purchase through Lesley, Stuart and most John, I would certainly highlight the factors which stand out for a customer - focused on customer's needs and requirements tailoring offers and service; - providing honest advice throughout the transaction; - proactive stakeholder management and accomodating service make a difference, especially when being part of a chain transaction as in our case; - key local knowledge and skills creating a relationship of trust; - a very personal approach on doing business - client comes first; - always available for advice even without a deal in mind; - pragmatic approach in finding solution which meet all parties expectations. No doubt my Go To solution as estate agent - you are more than just a client! John & Lesley definitely got it right and each team member shares their passion and attitude towards clients.

I have used Hardings a couple of times now to sell my property and both times I have had offers within a few weeks. Exceptional service and knowledge of the Windsor area, plus a great understanding of how we liked to be worked with. We do not like pushy estate agents and thankfully working with Craig, we did not get this. I think the brand speaks for it's self within Windsor.
