GoogleHarding's have been my estate agents now for 2 years and I can honestly say they have been nothing less than outstanding. If you are after a professional, friendly and reliable estate agent then I couldn't recommend anyone more than Harding's. Its clear from the start that Harding's is a family run business as they actually care and you get the attention to detail and personal approach that quite frankly you don't get from the larger companies. I say support local business and go with Harding's. There is a lady working in lettings called Jayne, she is outstanding and has given my fiance and myself one of the best customer service experiences I have had to date (I work in customer care) :) Hats off to you all at Harding's and someone give Jayne a raise, good staff are hard to find excellent staff even more so - Christian Deakin - Windsor

David has been fantastic from the get go! The advert he created for our home was unique and perfectly written, which attracted plenty of viewers and ultimately a buyer. His commutation was fantastic throughout.
He went above and beyond his line of duty to rectify an issue which could have cost us the sale. Something I think other agents wouldn’t have done.

FacebookWe have just finished a tenancy through Hardings and they were excellent throughout. Responsive to problems, good communication, helpful guidance. Clearly this also relies on a responsive landlord too and ours was very good, but the agent plays a big part.
Obviously tenants don't have input as to which agents properties are let via, but I would recommend landlords to use Hardings as they have been excellent from our point of view. We have rented lots over the past 13 years and used many agents in Southampton, Winchester and Salisbury. Hardings have been the best by far.

GoogleSpent months contacting the Lettings team for one of our properties and even complained to Shelley who made me wait a week to book an appointment and then i never head back. Totally unacceptable and a waste of my time and obviously loss of money. I would not recommend or use Hardings and would advise Landlords to stay away from this agency. Whilst the service has been impecable throughout for both a rental arrangement and more so a property purchase through Lesley, Stuart and most John, I would certainly highlight the factors which stand out for a customer

- providing honest advice throughout the transaction;
- proactive stakeholder management and accomodating service make a difference, especially when being part of a chain transaction as in our case;

Maintenance issues have always been dealt with swiftly, and tenancy changeovers made easy.
