GoogleChana at Hammond and Stratford was on hand to offer support to us purchasing our first home whenever needed, and always came back to us with swiftly with updates. Hammond and Stratford were helpful through the negotiating of buying our first property. More certainly needs to be done in regards to protecting people from losing out on properties and going through incredible stress due to poor communication from ASAP, solicitors and management companies. On three occasions we were told by the company managing solicitors that we were ready to exchange, all three times that was incorrect. We waited 12 weeks for a deed of variation and it just seemed the norm for a management company to not respond. This needs to change

Excellent customer service & compassion from everyone when dealing with personal circumstances. Staff were always friendly and approachable but equally professional.
