GoogleChana was so helpful. The property we bought was left in a terrible state. Chana sorted it all out as the solicitor was very unhelpful. She sent emails to solicitors for us & also dealt with the vendor and managed to get all the furniture and rubbish removed for us at a very stressful time!! Thank you Chana. X

GoogleFriendly and prompt service when we booked a viewing. Very courteous and professional, booking a viewing for the same day, just a few hours later. Details were provided at the viewing by Dan, who was very friendly and polite. No high pressure, relaxed viewing. Would recommend and would deal with again.

GoogleReally impressed by how quickly Daniel got back to us on a viewing. I'd emailed late Saturday morning and the viewing was booked in less than 20 minutes later. Other Estate agents I have enquired with wouldn't usually respond until well into the next week.

GoogleAppalling. Wish we had not signed a sole agent contract! - Left the house unlocked and unattended after a viewing with lights on and candles burning. They have said they tried to contact me, which they did, and I informed them i was on my way home, only for them to have left anyway. - Agents do not take the time to view the property before showing. Left it until a short time before the first showing...go figure if a viewer turns up shortly after them - Do not provide (adequate) weekend cover - only one agent working until lunchtime on a Saturday to facilitate viewings - They have said they have someone working, which i'm sure they do, however they were never available when booking viewings in. - Do not let you know when people cancel viewings - this is a wider issue of them booking viewings outside of office hours and not ensuring there is the ability for someone to let you know they have cancelled. - Book out of office hours with no contact method for viewer/Vendor - as above - 4 missed calls, a text message and 2 emails for a next day viewing for people who had not even had their house valued - this was all within about 20mins, do not be fooled by their reply - Unable to adequately screen viewers and describe location of property accurately - more than 50% of people didn't know where the house was in relation to local shops etc so not sure how this can be considered accurate. - Will do everything possible not to have to show someone round themselves - it was only after i protested that they began offering to undertake viewings, otherwise they never had anyone free before then. We have experienced a catalogue of poor experiences with this branch that demonstrate gross incompetence and unprofessionalism. The event where the sales rep was asked to leave was following the barrage and rush of contact to book in a viewing, i then found out the viewer had not even had their property valued. They will not think twice about wasting your time, but are a lot more precious about their own. Please think twice before using.

We take all concerns seriously and value the opportunity to address them. • Unlocked house: In some instances during viewings, you left to walk your dogs, and on all but one occasion, we were able to reach you by phone and wait for your return to secure the property, as we were not left with a key and were unable to reach you. • Agent familiarity: We understand the importance of agents being well-acquainted with your property before viewings. While the buyers early arrival on the first viewing limited our familiarisation time, we adjusted accordingly. On subsequent visits, our agents arrived 30 minutes early and met with either you or your partner, ensuring they were fully prepared to showcase your property effectively. • Weekend cover: We understand the importance of weekend viewings for buyers and clients. That's why we offer dedicated weekend appointments with Jack, our viewing representative, who works every other Saturday or Sunday. To ensure flexibility during the initial marketing of your property, we also proposed pre-booked weekend appointments. However, we didn't receive a response to this offer. • Viewing cancellations: We empathise with the frustration caused by no-shows, which unfortunately happen occasionally but are beyond our control. In your case, this occurred only once out of 10 viewings. • Client communication: To ensure clear communication, we utilise various methods like phone, email, and text to reach our clients. We kept you informed throughout the process, including the fact that the buyer who contacted us was in a position to purchase directly without needing to sell their property first. • Location: We provide detailed location information to all potential buyers. However, some individuals still prefer to assess the area in person. We showed your property to both local and non-local viewers, and their comments on the location were consistent. • Viewings: Our entire team, including managers, are available to conduct viewings. We're committed to showcasing your property effectively, as it is in our interest to show buyers around your property. During the marketing of your property, there were a few instances where communication became difficult. This included unnecessary raised voices and the use of strong language towards our team member, particularly a younger member who was showing the property, causing them distress. Unfortunately, this situation escalated to the point where you requested our team member leave, which led to the cancellation of a scheduled viewing with a potential buyer already on their way. To ensure a more productive conversation and to fully address your concerns, we'd like to continue this dialogue directly with our branch manager.
