GoogleThank you Daniel for all of the support with our house purchase. You were always on hand to take our calls (and there were many) but you were always so patient and supportive, especially with enquiries. It was also a very quick process and the conveyancing was sorted in 9 weeks which no doubt you and Emma from the after sales team had a key part to play. Service was 5* and really pleased we got to buy from great selling agents. Would thoroughly recommend as a buyer or seller looking for local estate agents.

GoogleFrom day one to completion the service we received was excellent. All the staff were friendly, polite & professional when speaking to us.Their website was very helpful and informative also. We were kept up to date at all stages and nothing was to much trouble. Buying & selling is very stressful, but thanks to the staff at Hammond & Stratford the process for us was made much easier. GoogleGreat pre sales and launch which produced many positive viewings and an agreed within a few weeks. Chana and Dan were very helpful and always on hand to assist with what was a particularly protracted and difficult sale - bar a few days 27 weeks to exchange! GoogleWe have only dealt on the phone and at the property we were viewing, with Jack, we have not visited him in branch. However Jack is very professional and very knowledgeable when talking to us, he answered all of our questions with confidence. I would recommend Jack to anyone who is looking to purchase a property , as I know that they would, as we did, receive a Five Star service from him. Jack is a perfect gentleman, not pushy or invasive when asking questions of us, Before we left he re-iterated what he was going to speak to the owners about, giving us confidence in the knowledge, he listened to us , and did not need to keep looking at a piece of paper for prompts. Hammond and Stratford are lucky to have such an outstanding salesman.

GoogleWe had Daniel round to give us an evaluation on our property after we finished renovating. He was extremely quick to book us in and pay us a visit. All in all a great experience with some very positive and justified feedback.
