GoogleAn absolute shambles showed some people round our house and the estate agents and failed to lock the door when they left! Then instead of apologising made excuses about it being difficult to lock! Very rude and unprofessional! Stay clear of!

It is a real shame that you felt unable to express this dissatisfaction with us in person so we could work with you in a professional manner to resolve any concerns. Having spoken with the team and looking back through our records it would appear there may have been some miscommunication regarding locking the door however, at no stage did we make any excuses. The member of the team who carried out the viewing was confident that they had locked the door and apologised to you if this wasn’t the case. We are confused that you have felt the need to raise this again in your review as this was resolved with you in an satisfactory manner during an earlier phone call. I fully appreciate your house sale falling through with hammondlee would have had a negative effect on your experience however, I can assure you that the team in Attleborough have only ever acted with integrity and provided a friendly, helpful and professional service to you, one which mirrors the service your friends, who recommended us, received. GoogleHaving recently dealt with Hammondlee I felt that the usually stressful process of moving house was made as stress-free as possible. Hammondlee exhibited absolute professionalism from start to finish and consistently demonstrated that nothing was too much to ask. The communication was regular and informative and I especially felt that the assistant branch manager, Rob Brodie, demonstrated exemplary customer service throughout the process. I have already recommended this company to friends and family and will certainly continue to do so!
