We were very impressed with the help and support we recently received when purchasing a house through Goodchilds. in Brownhills. They kept us informed at every step of the way, and helped us secure a smooth move in just 7-and-a-half weeks. Abbie Ward-Trickett was especially helpful, and even emailed us to keep us posted while we were away on holiday. We'd definitely recommend them.

Abbie was very good at communicating with us, keeping in touch with the seller and chasing the seller's solicitors. She was very pleasant and professional. Goodchild's offices were well located in Brownhills with nearby parking. In addition their lettings personnel were very knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. It is highly likely that we will use the services of Goodchilds in Brownhills in the future.
