The office really has a buzz about it and a genuine air of excellence when you walk through the door. If you have a WS postcode then Goodchilds genuinely feel that you will not find another award winning estate agency in Walsall who are positive about property and having high levels of customer service. If you are on the market with another agent for sale or to let or are thinking of coming on the market with a WS postcode then we guarantee the following: If we don't sell your property in 43 days then we will pay you £250 when we do and if we don't find a tenant for your property in 9 days then we will pay you £150 when we do (terms and conditions apply).

Abbie was very good at communicating with us, keeping in touch with the seller and chasing the seller's solicitors. She was very pleasant and professional. Goodchild's offices were well located in Brownhills with nearby parking. In addition their lettings personnel were very knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. It is highly likely that we will use the services of Goodchilds in Brownhills in the future.

They kept us informed at every step of the way, and helped us secure a smooth move in just 7-and-a-half weeks. Abbie Ward-Trickett was especially helpful, and even emailed us to keep us posted while we were away on holiday. We'd definitely recommend them.

I had never brought a property before and didn't have a clue! Abbie at Goodchilds estate agents was absolutely fantastic and was really friendly and kept be informed throughout the process via email or phone calls ... Any issues are delt with quickly and efficiently and they are really easy to get hold of and speak to! Thank you very much, great service and fantastic friendly staff! Who even gave me a little moving in present when I collected the keys!! Will definitely be using Goodchilds in the future.

Goodchilds' Brownhills office have done a great job switching over tenants in less than a week. The previous tenant was excellent (again, credit to the job the Goodchilds team did) and the new one was able to move in really quickly which suits everyone. Callum and Erin liaised and worked with both teants and it couldn't really have gone any better. Thanks

I had no intentions of using any other agent after being visited initially by Lisa and Abbie. They were well informed of properties in the area and were able to suggest the initial valuation based on that knowledge. Lisa continued to keep me up to date with all viewings and feedback. Sold our Park Home. Thought the standard fee was a bit excessive in this case. On several occasions had to chase for feedback especially when it was sold. Would not use again.
