GoogleVery friendly staff!!! Moved in 1 week ago, the development looks really nice and house quality seems to be great so far compared to other developers. What I found to be really special about this place is the staff, both sale office and their solicitors. They have helped us a lot during our buying process and always kept in touch with us updating or advising us on the next step to do. Sue from the sale office has been an absolute legend, she was really professional and friendly through out the process Great Costumer Service Skills! House quality, all seems to be ok with no obvious issues. Location, incredible Staff A++ Highly recommend !!

GoogleNice little estate but parking and access could have been better! Gleeson are now renting properties despite it being against the agreed covenant, rents are high too! Not worth almost £1200pm rent!

GoogleVery bad finish of a new house, highly disappointed! Six month on, still not done my snags, their saying I have to be home 4 days 830-430pm and won’t take a key. They have before. I have no family or friends in UK, just started a new job and can’t take 4 days off! They don’t work weekends either. Total inconvenience, horrible customer journey! Buy somewhere else TRUST ME!!! Good way to get out of poor workmanship!

GoogleBought our first home here. Location is great and the homes are cosy and warm. Nice neighbours and great sense of community. Bit of construction going on still but can see how nice it's going to be. Bolsover council are also excellent.

GoogleCalled in early September, a really good mix of house's in style and sizes, mire importantly seemed very fairy priced. I was guided round by a lovely lady (Catherine I think) new her stuff and able to answer a few challenging questions about the site and future plans I put her. Nice one Gleesons
