GoogleWhen i first moved to sandwich 26 years ago i bought my house through finns, different team then but still excellent service, i have since then sold3 further houses thru them, they are always very helpful and efficient and importantly local, if you need an update you can just pop in. A jolly good local campany that you can trust in buying or selling.

YellAvoid at all costs
The worst thing they did was allowed a workman into my flat while I was away without telling me. He then stole some of my stuff. They are refusing to co-operate with helping me get my stuff back and have just sent an email saying sorry. Thats on top of them being extremely unhelpful through the tenancy when it came to issues with the gas metre. Terrible communication. Now they are trying to keep part of my deposit despite breaking the law by allowing someone in.

GoogleBooked an appointment with Jack Shale to view a property in Sandwich (sarre place) at 16:30 on 4th January. However no one showed up, completely wasting my time. Very poor! If they could not attend the appointment at least have the decency to call and let me know and save me the hour journey to get there.
We are sorry to have caused you a wasted journey, we understand how frustrating that must be. Your email confirmation of the viewing time arrived with a large volume of emails from the Christmas period and was missed. Jack has called you to acknowledge and apologise for the oversight. At the time of your viewing our team was either responding to phone calls or on other viewings. Everybody deserves a five star service and we hope to work with you again in your property search.
