GoogleFairfield Estate Agents in South Oxhey have been great during the whole selling process, especially Megan Elvins who worked really hard even when times got a little sticky (as it always does when buying and selling properties). She was so professional. And, John who listened to my moaning on the phone and said I could ring anytime to let out my frustrations :) I cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleMy first contact with Fairfield Estates was in 2020 when I purchased my first property in the middle of the Covid 19 lockdown period. Matt and team helped to make an extremely stressful process so much more manageable. When I found myself having to move three years later for family reasons, I did not hesitate to approach Fairfield Estates about letting out the property. For the last two years, I have had complete peace of mind, knowing that all aspects of the tenancy were being managed and taken care of in my absence. I have now just completed the sale of the property, and once again the team at Fairfield have done everything to make the process run as smoothly as possible. GoogleWe had a fantastic experience working with Matt and the whole team at Fairfields, a local service for local people. From explaining everything before signing up, they gave us lots of time to understand the process and ask questions and it didn't matter who picked up the phone, the whole team knew about the property and were things were up to. When offers were received, they were followed up thoroughly and promptly so we could make a good informed decision. Communication was excellent and the team kept us updated all the way through. From our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend Fairfields.
