GoogleFrom start to finish Fairfields Estate Agents have been brilliant! They really put the move at ease, despite having our first buyer pull out, Rob already had a number of people wanting to view our property and within 3 days it was sold again. His knowledge and advice went above and beyond from our sales. Despite Rob, all of his team were on hand with any enquiries that we had and we're ALWAYS in regular contact with us as well as helping chase things for up. Would highly recommend Fairfields and Robert Simmons!!

GoogleFirst time we’ve sold, read all the stuff on line about using the new online sellers such as P***le bricks amongst others telling us how much money and time we would save. Glad we didn’t use them though and decided to go with Fairfield, yep you pay a bit more but in my opinion you cannot beat the service and attention we have had right from the start right through to completion. All new to us so it was great to pick up the phone and be able to speak to someone who had immense knowledge of the process and was able to put us at ease. Our house was professionally marketed and sold within 4 days, they have given us so much advice, assistance and guidance that has ensured we have had a most pleasant, stress free and fully supported sale. I really couldn’t praise the team at Fairfield any higher, we have not been alone at any stage in our sale and the support we have received has been fantastic. Particular thanks must go to Belinda who has been a consummate professional throughout. Thank you all for making a potentially stressful and challenging process so easy and comfortable, the service has been worth every penny and I would thoroughly recommend you consider using Fairfield wether you are selling or purchasing.

GoogleMy boyfriend and I are in process of renting a property through Fairfield Estate Agents Ltd and our agent, Sam, was always very helpful, efficient and provided excellent customer service. He organised our views quite quick and helped us to find the perfect place for us. On several occasions I spoke with other members of the team and everyone was very polite and cooperative. Really impressed and would definitely recommend!

GoogleI had a great experience the house was competitively priced and sold quickly and close to the asking price. I have seen many houses put up for sale for more money and these said houses are still sitting there. Julian Critelli was the agent looking after my sale and worked very hard and diligently keeping us informed at every step of what turned out to be an unusually difficult move. I would definitely recommend Fairfield.

He was very helpful with a lot of advices, also as I'm pregnant we wanted a quick process what he offered us. Very friendly, dedicated 100% and I will recommend to everyone as I had a smooth, short buying process what I thought it will take an eternity. Thank you for all your help!

GoogleJulian and his team were excellent throughout the very complex purchase I recently made. If it wasn't for their continuous communication throughout the process and their determination to assist us through all the difficulties, none of which arose from them, I think I would have given up on the purchase. They were undoubtedly of more support and use than the solicitors at many times. I have bought and sold a lot of properties over the years and they are absolutely the best Estate Agents I have worked with. They give 100% effort in their service and I definitely recommend them.

I was kept in regular contact with during the whole process and was given updates regularly by Julian directly. Minor issues occurred but throughout I was guided by Julian and everything was ran as smooth as possible. He is an asset to Fairfields

GoogleJulian has been an absolute star from beginning to end. He went above and beyond, working tirelessly to help in any way you could whilst still managing to give us a daily update. He is polite, proactive and a true professional - an asset to the company. Thank you so much, we could not have done this without him. His colleagues were fantastic in his absence and were able to answer any queries we had along the way (of which there were a few!). I can safely say I would highly recommend Fairfield’s to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property. Well done everyone and thank you for all your hard work, we cannot thank you enough.

GoogleWe had Fairfield sell our house after being impressed with their process when we purchased it. Some details were overlooked initially with the particulars being reused but this was quickly sorted. An acceptable offer was received very quickly and once the offer was in we started dealing with Julian Critelli who was excellent. He worked very hard, chasing solicitors and informing all parties to ensure everything went through. I would definitely use Fairfield again and feel the slightly higher fees than online agents was money well spent as Julian really pushed things though for us and ensured a successful sale.

GoogleCannot speak highliy enough of Fairfield - we had sold our flat and bought our first house through them. Throughout the whole process on both sides, we found all the staff there very friendly, willing to help, and very professional. They were always working for our best interest which is comforting when in previous interactions with other estates agents we have often felt their interests were priority. They are very knowledgeable, particularly in regards to the local area, and great with their suggestions and providing you a different viewpoint we previously may have discounted. Lovely people to deal with, geniune and honest and if we do ever decide to move (although we are extremely happy where we landed) we wouldn't hesitate to contact Fairfield. TJo & Jess

GoogleI first used Fairfields in 2013 and they were amazing throughout. Everyone in the office was very helpful and friendly. Phone calls were always returned and we were kept well up to date with information. Our house was on the market very quickly and we experienced an excellent and professional service! We will recommend Fairfields to all our friends and family and when the time comes to sell our new home we will without hesitation call on Fairfields again! Thank you! Unfortunately I can't leave two seperate outstanding reviews for the same company, So just wanted to add that I used Fairfields again in 2016 and received the same professional service as before. GoogleThe whole team at Fairfields were amazing We have been an agents absolute nightmare as sellers, but they remained super calm and patient with us throughout We dealt mainly with Matt and Chris Matt was always on hand to help regardless of the query Even after our sale Matt has been on hand to help us. GoogleI bought my flat through Fairfields a few years ago and have now just sold it through them too. They offered a great service throughout both transactions - they always got back to me when I had questions to ask and were very helpful and friendly along the way. We were put off using some other estate agents because they tried to give you the hard sell before they'd even stepped through the front door, but fairfields always seemed genuine, realistic and honest with us about what we could and couldn't achieve, and helped us get a good price for the property. I would definitely use them again!
