Fairfield are absolutely outstanding! When myself and my partner were looking to rent a property, everyone at Fairfield made the whole process so easy and simple, ensuring everything was covered yet never ceased being friendly, approachable and professional. Even once we were in and settled they haven't stopped supporting us, even getting us an amazing result in the renewal of our tenancy! We couldn't sing higher praises for the Team as everyone we have been in contact with has been a sincere pleasure to interact with. Always keeping us in the loop of anything that's going on, listening to our needs and doing everything possible to make them happen. These guys are the best at what they do and I would immensely recommend Fairfield to anyone. You will not be disappointed! We cannot thank them enough - They have literally been our heroes!

My experience with Fairfield so far has been excellent. Vito is very friendly with a good sense of humour and I felt at ease with him straightaway, and felt comfortable to ask questions about the rental properties I was viewing and that I was getting good honest answers. I feel confident I will continue to receive a good professional service from Fairfield.

We were a buyer from fairfields and they were an honest pleasure. Though most of our interaction was with Chris and Matt, the whole team was great and always seemed to know what was going on with our case. Chris and Matt were two extremely hard working, honest, communicable people that made it easy to call up and ask anything including the small things which are a bit unknown to first time buyers.

Having dealt with many estate agents in the Watford and Hemel area over the last year or so, I can say with great confidence that Matt and the team at Fairfield Estate Agents, Watford are one of the best. They were professional and very personable and in times of crisis (of which there are always a few when buying and selling a house), their advice was invaluable. I would have (and have already had) no hesitation in recommending Fairfield, they were worth ever penny.

Chris and Matt were extremely helpful when helping my parents to sell their house. Not only is their market knowledge excellent but their customer services skills were first rate. They were hugely supportive, especially when we had a couple of problems and were always available on the phone or e-mail. They were recommended to us by some friends of my parents and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them.
