GoogleFairfields is an excellent company and I would certainly recommend them to anyone with a property to rent. All members of staff are helpful and deal with issues and queries promptly and efficiently. They are up to date with current letting legislation which gives peace of mind to landlords. They also have a great database of reliable, trustworthy contractors who keep the properties in a good state of repair.

GoogleThe whole team were excellent and played their part in helping to get across the finish line. At times the sale process was challenging but Chris was there being supportive and encouraging. Matt’s oversight and experience ensured my move happened and I could not be happier. No problem in recommending.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. Wishing you all the best for the future. Matt.

GoogleBoth Matt and Chris were instrumental in supporting our property purchase. Regardless of all our queries, Matt went out of his way to assist us in getting answers to our questions and facilitating the communication between all parties. The whole team have been a real pleasure to work with and we have liked their approach to dealing with prospective buyers. Thanks Team Fairfield!

GoogleFairfield Estates handled our sale/purchase in a very professional manner. Having a supportive estate agent with sound advice is really important in what can be a very stressful time in your life. Matt, Asha, Chis and Veto all helped us with any questions/worries we had and i really would like to thank them and all the team at fairfields for making the move easier for us!

GoogleI have been used Fairfield for our purchase couple years ago which I had really good experience so I used them for our sale this time and this turns out to be a correct decision. Matt is always available and could give lots of valuable advices.Chris is very knowledgable during the viewing process. Asha has been great during the sale's progression and we manage to exchange contract within 6 weeks time. Without their hard working, we won't complete our purchase simultaneously. We will definitely consider them again for any future purchase or sale.

GoogleI recently bought a property through Fairfield, and was very impressed with them. I could always get hold of the agents who were handling my purchase, and I was always treated in a fair, polite and friendly way. When I was viewing propeties, I found Fairfield to be the best of bunch in terms of customer service. You don’t get to choose which agent markets the property you want to buy, but I’m certainly glad Fairfield were marketing the one I was buying this time. Special thanks to Matt and Chris for their professionalism, as they are the two agents who handled the purchase. When buying in the future, it would be a pleasure to deal with them again.
