GoogleWhilst we didn't get the outcome we wanted as the market was turning as we placed the property for sale and probably over-priced it to start with. With numerous properties for sale nearby and challenging market conditions, we had to regularly consider our options. Meghan led the process, was always responsive and kept us regularly updated with how the market was moving, progress on our sale and feedback on viewings. The rest of the team were universally helpful, including Rob re the letting options and legislation updates. I would highly recommend Fairfield both for the quality of service and extensive local knowledge.

GoogleJohn and the Team at Fairfields delivered a first-class service, during my recent house sale. Navigating a complex chain, I always felt reassured, well informed and fully supported throughout the process. Communication was excellent from start to finish and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Although i hopefully wont require their services again in the near future, i would highly recommend Fairfields to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you John, you’ve been amazing!

GoogleI moved to Fairfield Estates after being with another agent for the sale of my late mother's house. Joe and his team were excellent in their understanding of the property / its condition and value, the local area and the current market conditions. Joe found a buyer for the house in a week by a local family who wanted to remain in the area. Incredible! From this point their sales progressor Elaine worked tirelessly to get the property sale exchanged and completed in less than average timescales. I cannot thank them enough and would thoroughly recommend using Fairfield Estates. I've learnt it's best to use an agent that is based in the area of the property you are selling (or buying) who understands the local supply and demand and pairs the right people with the right property. I always believed buyers just scrolled through platforms like Rightmove and the agent was just the contact when they wanted to view it. This experience has changed my way of thinking.

GoogleAbbie was fantastic at communicating and supporting with the sale of our property. Our sale was very complex and not your regular sale, Abbie’s expertise guided us to the end and I am still so very grateful. Sale took longer than hoped due to the complexity of the sale, and the buyers solicitors not being very responsive, but Abbie was constantly chasing and gave almost immediate updates. Would definitely recommend using Fairfields.

GoogleVery disappointing experience. The viewing was arranged by email for 3pm on Saturday, 12/09. We arrived on time and waited outside the property, but nobody came. They did not have access to the property, but we received no email, message or phone call beforehand to let us know that the viewing could not go ahead. They had my phone number and email, so we could easily have been contacted. When I called while we were already outside the property, I was told that they had tried to send a message. However, I never received it. If we had received any notification, we obviously would not have travelled there and waited outside. This was a complete waste of our time and very unprofessional communication. A viewing should not be allowed to proceed as arranged when the agent does not have access to the property without properly informing the customer beforehand.

GoogleWe had the best experience with Fairfield Estates, Watford. We were looked after by Allan who helped us sell our late father's home, an emotional business. Allan was extremely sympathetic and practical. We were kept informed of all developments as they happened and Allan put himself out to facilitate gardeners gaining access to the property despite this being 'out of office hours'. The agent's knowledge of the local area was greatly appreciated and the house sold far quicker than we could have hoped in the current market. We felt fully supported throughout the process and would not hesitate to recommend Fairfield Estates to anyone.

GoogleWas not too fond of the property. The problem usually lies within when it is still occupied and the place looks unkept in places. But i can see beyond that and Isabella gave a good account of herself in explaining that areas of the place can be re-done according to my specifications within reason. She helped me to understand the process and offered to send more properties within my budget range if possible.

GoogleI contacted Fairfield following the death of a family member, the solicitor needed a valuation of the house, I first spoke to John who was very kind, the solicitor got the valuation and the house went on the market, I was given regular updates by Daryl who was very helpful, the house was sold quickly, Daryl kept me and the solicitor up to date on every step, the entire team at Fairfield were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

GoogleBoth my Brother and myself recently sold our Family Home of 53 years , due to sad circumstances, through Megan Elvins and John Buckley. On first meeting John, he was very professional and friendly, making myself feel very assured that we'd chosen the right Estate Agent for us. We felt their valuation was spot on, the marketing photos looked great with communication via WhatsApp and email being very good from start to finish. Megan, especially, kept myself calm, as it was a very stressful process over 10 months. Megan came across as being very professional, friendly with a calming influence.
