GoogleWe were in need of a new house to rent and Fairfields Estates made it so much easier. Within three weeks of viewing the property we moved in. As an added bonus the person that gaves us the first tour Vito Berisha was very polite,knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend Fairfields Estates.

GoogleI can not express enough how great and helpful this estate agent is. My sale would of not gone through without Lauren and Matt's support, persistence and hard work. Their support was amazing and kept the whole chain going through. They went above and beyond what was expected of them and I can honestly not recommend them enough.

However thanks to Matthew’s professionalism and regular communication, we managed to secure the house after all and we’re very pleased with their overall service. Highly recommend using them.

GoogleFairfield were the agent for the property we were purchasing. We have just exchanged contracts! Every person in their office was helpful and particularly Matt Holmes who was managing the purchase. Communication was great and he did everything to make this stressful process go much smoother. I wish that I could have used Fairfield for the property I was selling too, but unfortunately it was out of their area. I hope to be in my new property for a long time, but if it ever came to selling again, Fairfield would be the first agent I would call. Also thanks to Lauren Milton who assisted with our viewings and other queries. I honestly have nothing negative to say about Fairfield. 10/10.

GoogleFantastic experience of Fairfield's, from the first appointment I booked for a viewing to then keeping me in the loop with the whole process up to completion. As a first time buyer you made the process so much easier for me. Highly recommend, easy to communicate with even when Chris was not in Lauren, Vito and Matthew were efficient and accommodating as much as possible!

Our first contact person was Vito and he did a great job explaining everything and answering all our questions. Matt and Andrea also helped a lot for us to make this happen as there were many obstacles. Really great experience and the they are the best estate agents we have ever met. He was very communicative, kind and honest with us, so while we did leave this viewing without finding our next home we felt that we’ve met someone who genuinely cares about supporting us to find a suitable future home. GoogleWe recently bought a property in Watford through Fairfield. We viewed over 15 properties and in each viewing they never put pressure on us to buy. Chris always explained the details of the property and clarified our questions. Lauren showed us few properties and had good ideas to transform certain aspects of the house. Matthew ensured the sale went through well and always had time to explain to us on anything as we had loads of questions as first time buyer.They accommodated our several no of requests for viewing same property a few times. I really appreciate it. The whole sales team are highly professional and would recommend Fairfield agents for buying home. The overall experience has been absolutely smooth and fantastic.

GoogleBrilliant service from Beginning to End!! We were made to feel like we were always looked after and were made a priority when searching for a property. With the help of Chris we were able to find a property we absolutely love which we were able to secure. Nothing but brilliant communication, helpful and reliable along our whole process. Both Matt and Chris were always knowledgeable on what was happening. They both have made our purchasing experience less stressful. Because of this we are now using Fairfields to search for another property for our family members who have also recently found a property!
