GoogleAfter a long search for our next home, we came across Fairfield Estates who managed the lettings process for the house we were hoping to move into. Dani, Vito and Lucy were friendly, professional, efficient and just very lovely to deal with. We were over the moon when it all worked out. Thank you to the team!

GoogleFairfield Estates were fantastic in the sale of my house. The whole team were a delight to deal with professional, honest and gave great advice. Matt, Chris Michael and Lauren were always on hand to help and gave updates at every stage. I also like the care they gave to my buyer and worked effortless throughout the chain to ensure all involved were kept in the loop. They took the stress out selling a house. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fairfield’s and I’m looking forward to dealing with their sister company Churchills. Thank you Fairfield’s.

GoogleWe recently sold our home through Fairfield Estates. We originally purchased through them 4 years ago and felt confident going back to them after a positive experience first time too. It was an easy process, they are a friendly team who are easy to get hold of, and even if your main contact isn’t available someone else is always happy and able to help. They were clear with communication and kept in touch throughout. We would be very happy to use them again. Would highly recommend Chris, Matt & Michael who were integral to the successful sale of our home.

GoogleFrom beginning to end my involvement with Fairfield was excellent. Rob was very professional when he came to value the property and Julian went above abs beyond when arranging viewing. He helped me throughout the whole process explaining what was happening etc. Even went things get difficult he was reassuring and advised me of how to proceed. GoogleStay away at all cost. These are the sort of unprofessional people who are part of this industry that you never want to come across. They have got a problem with telling the truth. They are the sort of business that gives this business/ industry a bad name. Stay away at all cost. I say it again! And absolutely not , the review stands even today. I would never ever buy or sells anything with yourselves ever again. Thanks but no thanks. You ought to check your facts before you respond to a review. At the point that we offered we were sold and the sale of our property was at a very late stage in the process. Infact so much so, that you cause our family a lot of stress as we had nowhere to go and we were contemplating putting all our furnitures into storage and moving into rentals. I made all your agents aware of all of those. We had offered on two of the houses you were selling at the time. We were desperate to buy and we had the funds to buy! Infact just to clear this we had more funds, we were a lot more capable of buying what you were selling at the time. Perhaps instead of telling people what your opinions are, your business should focuss on telling people the truth. The business your are in can make and shatter dreams. My advice to you would be to focuss on telling the truths, truths to people, to your clients. Thanks.NegativeProfessionalism
Whilst we appreciate you have taken the time to write a review, honesty is critical and therefore it is only fair that we describe the way in which you conducted yourselves. You may have been disappointed that you did not secure a property through Fairfield Estate Agents, but this was nothing to do with our conduct. We took the time to show you 9 properties, at a time when you were not in a position to move. You made offers on two of the properties within 48 hours of one another, of which both had higher offers, and we notified you that you were unsuccessful in both instances. If you think that we have been dishonest, then please contact us so that we can alleviate any concerns you may have had. If you are unable to substantiate your claim of dishonesty, then we request that you remove your defamatory review.

GoogleBig disappointment! When viewing the property Vito couldn't answer any of our questions and he seemed like he doesn't know what he is doing there. We tried to carry on, regardless. Later, their recommended mortgage advisor couldn't care less and after few months of answering to his emails he still "needed more information". Like sending us 1 form with all his queries was too much. Luckily, we lost that property due to their negligence, but we found something better where all paperwork was done in few days.
I am not sure if you are describing an experience you have had with someone else, Vito deals with our rental properties, not sale properties. I cannot find any details of you on our database, unless you have used a false name? I have no record of someone using our mortgage broker then missing out on a property they had offered on. GoogleReally great management company to rent from. They looked after us well and ensured the Flat was up to standard. They acted as the Agent for the Landlady when we purchased the flat. They hand held us through the process as a first time buyer. Comunication was always great. Would highly recomend.

GoogleI can not express enough how great and helpful this estate agent is. My sale would of not gone through without Lauren and Matt's support, persistence and hard work. Their support was amazing and kept the whole chain going through. They went above and beyond what was expected of them and I can honestly not recommend them enough.
