GoogleFairfield Estates were brilliant in helping us buy our house. Communication was always clear, open and prompt, with information relayed quickly whenever needed. Both Elaine and Matthew were a huge help throughout and always quick to respond to any queries. Unlike many estate agents, they were never pushy, which made the whole process far less stressful. It really makes a difference working with a local agent who genuinely knows the area and community. Highly recommended.

They were communicative, clear and flexible, from arranging viewings, negotiation and finally arranging the purchase with the seller. They were particularly helpful in gently moving the sale forward as this can always be tricky when it comes to buying a new property! We would definitely recommend Fairfield Estates if you’re buying, selling or renting a property!

GoogleWorking with Fairfield Estates Watford was a great experience. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated how helpful and supportive they were throughout the process. Dani, Elaine, and Matthew were all fantastic, always happy to answer questions, chase things up, and explain anything I didn’t understand. Their communication was excellent, and I never had to wait long for a response. Buying a property is known for being stressful, but thanks to the amazing team at Fairfield Estates, my experience was surprisingly smooth and almost stress-free. A huge thank you to Dani, Elaine, and Matthew for all your help and patience during the purchase. I’d definitely recommend working with them!

GoogleWe went to view a house and Chris showed us around. We thought that Chris was very honest and genuine and for that reason we decided to sell our house with Fairfields as well. Fairfields were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. We had a very tricky time with our solicitors and the seller's solicitors which caused a lot of issues but Fairfields were on it, reassured us the whole way through and did more than their fair share of chasing. They really helped us to get the two transactions over the line and we felt supported throughout. Matt and Elaine were fantastic throughout after Chris went on his paternity leave and we would absolutely 100% recommend Fairfield Estate agents and we will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you all for everything, we really appreciate it.

GoogleFairfield Estate, and Megan in particular, were absolutely brilliant. From the moment we put down our offer to the day we collected our keys to our first home, the experience I had with Megan was excellent. She acted with the utmost honesty and integrity when it came to offer negotiations, and always felt like she was on ‘our side’ even though she was acting on behalf of the seller. I have to commend her on the absolute shift she put in - making sure that we beat the stamp duty price increase. She worked harder than my own solicitor!! She co-ordinated everything perfectly and was always available to talk to when I had any queries about the process. From the other reviews it seems every estate agent has a similar attitude and would gladly use Fairfield Estate again in the future!
