Twice I have used this company to sell properties under challenging circumstances and I have had a very positive outcome and experience on both occasions. Ed is passionate about his work and is not afraid to dole out tough advice in order to achieve the best outcome. Barry has a fantastic can do attitude and an understanding that it is the little things that get a sale across the line. The office staff are excellent at backing them up also. It isn't often that you come across a company that is willing to 'tell you like it is' as opposed to overselling you just to get your business. They are client centered and understanding. I would include them again in my choice of agents, should the need arise, and expect to end up engaging them once more when compared to others in the market.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

I'm quite disappointed with their services. The agent may think my boyfriend and I weren't their potential customer so they were not responsive. The flat we were viewing was very nice and well located. We asked a couple of questions on site and the agent said the details were on the website but I couldn't find them. I emailed the guy and asked again.. and haven't got any reply yet.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

My new home was marketed by Ed Dempsey and I engaged him to sell my family home as well. He steered me through lockdowns and delays with care, patience and courtesy. I have no hesitation in recommending Ed to other “downsizers” like me.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Ed was the agent representing a small new development we were interested in. This was a big move for us and as such we were very careful and slow in our deliberations. Ed was totally understanding, patient and in fact, supportive. He met us on-site at least a half dozen times and was always available for a call to answer any questions we had. We are now seven weeks in our forever home and couldn't be happier. Thanks Ed!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Ed Dempsey REA sold a property for us during the period of restrictions and lockdowns. Ed and Barry were always available for professional advice and steered us in the right direction on all issues. Barry kept me updated on the status of our sale at all times. A very professional organisation. Many thanks Ed and Barry.PositiveProfessionalism

During the process of buying our new home, Ed and his team were professional and supportive. Ed himself went out of his way to ensure we could view the house as often and quickly as needed during snagging as he knew we needed to move fast. We would definitely work with Ed again in the future following this positive experience.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Last year I put a house on the market using the services of Ed Dempsey & Associates. It was a particularly difficult sale, not only because of Covid19 but the property had been under renovation and I was not in a position to proceed any further with the completion of the works. Ed came highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed. He did a wonderful job in presenting the house, complete with excellent professional photographs, 360 degree views and a virtual reality tour of the whole house. He kept in touch with me on a regular basis regarding progress in relation to enquiries and interest in the property. He personally kept an eye on the property as I was based some distance away and due to travel restrictions was unable to visit the house myself. The sale of the house was completed to my satisfaction, with all its complications and problems which Ed undertook and resolved. I would highly recommend Ed Dempsey for his professionalism, efficiency, friendliness and no nonsense, helpful, approach.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Rude, didn't wear a mask or offer any sanitiser (careful if you are viewing any properties for sale with them in covid19 era) admitted they were disorganised, said I could go ahead and touch everything whilst they stood outside chatting to someone

Superb experience with Barry McCormack here, both buying in 2017 and selling in 2020 - mid COVID! His knowledge, manner and professionalism are second to none but, most importantly, he keeps you constantly appraised of the status of the purchase/sale. You never have to chase to get an update which is a huge difference to the norm. Use Barry, you’ll be delighted with his service.

A very professional real estate agency in Dublin. We haven't had any problems or complaints, so I think you can trust the staff implicitly. Big praise also goes to the employee David H.
