GoogleEd and his team were very easy to deal with . Timely , clear ,patient ,understanding and accurate with their communication. I dealt with Barry and thought he was excellent given some challenges with the sale. Should I ever need an estate agent again I will certainly use Ed and his team.

He also provided, in my opinion, a personal touch as he understands you are selling a house/home with lots of memories for you! You don’t get that with other agency’s. I was able to contact Barry with any queries in the interim and he responded to in good time with a helpful attitude. I didn't feel undervalued or ignored as I have with numerous other real estate agents ( not sure how they keep doing business).

GoogleFirstly, I have to declare that I had, prior to COVID, provided IT services to Ed Dempsey & Associates for a couple of years. I have not worked with them since, but I was still happy to engage them to sell a property on the family's behalf. Selling a house is not something I know anything about so I had to have somebody I felt I could trust selling the house. Barry was my agent and he kept me informed of proceedings right through to closing. He put up with all my questions and my preference put it on the market at a realistic asking price rather than the AMV. In the end, it closed a little above the asking which was very acceptable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Barry and Ed to look after the sale of your property.

The flat we were viewing was very nice and well located. We asked a couple of questions on site and the agent said the details were on the website but I couldn't find them. GoogleLast year I put a house on the market using the services of Ed Dempsey & Associates. It was a particularly difficult sale, not only because of Covid19 but the property had been under renovation and I was not in a position to proceed any further with the completion of the works. Ed came highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed. He did a wonderful job in presenting the house, complete with excellent professional photographs, 360 degree views and a virtual reality tour of the whole house. He kept in touch with me on a regular basis regarding progress in relation to enquiries and interest in the property. He personally kept an eye on the property as I was based some distance away and due to travel restrictions was unable to visit the house myself. The sale of the house was completed to my satisfaction, with all its complications and problems which Ed undertook and resolved.
