GoogleBarry McCormack sold our house. We loved the personal service Barry provided. He was always friendly, professional and efficient. Barry was very good with providing feedback after viewings and the sales progress, even when I returned overseas. We have no hesitation in recommending Barry.

GoogleEmailed them a query a few weeks ago and didn't get a response. Somehow they managed to send me tips for tenants today though.

GoogleBooked a valuation. Took time off work to be there to meet the valuer at the agreed appointment time. Received a call after the agreed time from the estate agent’s main office to say valuer was running late from a previous appointment. Surely a call to alert me of this before the appointment time was possible. Valuer arrived very late, apologising & explained the person booking their appointments had booked a totally unrealistic arrival time, given the time/distance to travel from his previous appointment to meet me. The experience certainly didn’t inspire confidence in me and I ended up being dead late back to work as a result. Poor.

GoogleWe recently sold an apartment with Ed Dempsey and were extremely happy from start to finish. He was recommended to us by a friend. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. We were impressed at how he was readily available and nothing was too much trouble.

GoogleRecently sold my apartment with the help of Ed Dempsey and the team and the experience was top class from start to finish. Barry was extremely professional, always available and kept me fully up to date on progress throughout the process, even when he was on days off and annual leave! Ed Dempsey provide a boutique service and it feels like a lot more personalised service than some of the bigger firms offer. I was very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone who has a property to sell!
Hi Patrick - many thanks for your kind words. And thank you for your business - it is much appreciated.

GoogleWe bought our house from Ed Dempsey, with Barry being the auctioneer. Throughout the process, Barry established a great line of communication, was very clear, transparent & fair. A number of issues arose as part of the legals on the transaction, and without Barry's professional behaviour & keeping the lines of positive communication open, I'm not sure it would have gotten over the line.
Thank you Diarmuid for your kind words. On behalf of all the team in Ed Dempsey & Associates I would like to you wish you and Shauna all the very best for the future

GoogleSold our house recently with Ed Dempsey - Barry was very professional and thorough during the whole process. I can’t fault anything and would have no hesitation recommending Ed Dempsey and particularly Barry mc Cormack to anyone. Truly a very efficient 5 star service. I wish these guys continued well deserved success.

GoogleEd Dempsey was recommended to me when I was selling a house. From the first meeting he was professional and factual. Regardless of what time I contacted him he responded promptly even when he was on holiday. Ed built a relationship during a difficult process and provided a personal service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ed Dempsey & Associates and would use them again if the need arises.
Thank you Marion. It was a pleasure working with you on the sale. Wishing you the best of luck for the future

GoogleBarry organised a first time letting for us recently and he was extremely helpful and professional throughout, guiding us through the process and always at the end of the phone if needed. I would highly recommend him. The online portal for maintainence issues seems to work very well for both parties and I would like to mention Padraig who has been on hand to sort out some repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
Hi Michael. Thank you for your kind words. It is much appreciated

GoogleCouldn't recommend Ed highly enough whether you are buying or selling. He is extremely knowledgable and frequently went far beyond what was expected. He made himself available, gave us very sound advice and guidance, helped us find a new home and managed the sale of our home professionally and seamlessly. His team are also great!

GoogleI thought we were getting the full 5 star treatment from Ed and team, but upon looking at other recent reviews I am amazed to see others feel the same about their experience with these guys. What an achievement to give clients that level of satisfaction! Ed and team helped us sell our home, a pretty challenging sale but we got there in the end. I cannot recommend Ed and team enough, and I must say the overall experience of these guys really really helped us even in our onwards purchase, and that experience is truly invaluable. Wishing you all continued success as it's most definitely deserved but clearly well earned too, and would recommend without hesitation. Thank you!

GoogleThe agent Barry is incredibly rude and shameful. I would be embarrassed to have him represent my company.
Hi Claire I am extremely disturbed to hear your comments - the review you have given is so out of keeping with Barry for whom we receive nothing but high quality praise. Can you contact me on property@eddempsey.ie and we can discuss as I would like to launch a full investigation into the matters surrounding your complaint. Many thanks Ed Dempsey

He kept us in the loop, offered great advice and genuinely cared about getting us the best possible outcome. Thanks for all the help and support throughout the process. Johnny & Ash.

GoogleEd sold our house recently and we were delighted with the service he provided. Very professional. Always available, constantly keeping us updated. We also dealt with Barry Mc Cormack for the sale and in lettings, again the same great service provided by Barry. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe worked with Ed for both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. He was a fantastic agent to deal with and we have already recommended him to a couple of friends. I would recommend Ed to anyone looking for an agent to sell or buy their home

GoogleI recently dealt with Ed Dempsey in connection with the purchase of a new house and also engaged Ed to sell our previous house. We managed to complete both transactions on the same day. I found Ed to be diligent, personable and always available (even on his well deserved day off!). I would recommend Ed Dempsey and his firm to anyone seeking to engage an auctioneer.
Thank you Trevor - it was a pleasure helping you on your journey.

GoogleDealing with Ed Dempsey and Associates was an excellent experience, Ed was very honest, efficient and helpful and we felt very safe and confident dealing with him. He answered the phone to us at out of office times and weekends and helped us negotiate some tricky sticky points on the contract. A true professional and an excellent estate agent. No hesitation recommending him. Damien and Sara

GoogleEd Dempsey & Associates were recommended to my wife and I to support of a recent property sale in Leopardstown, Dublin 18. Ed gave us trustworthy information concerning our property and likely buyers. As sellers living abroad, he coordinated the sale from end to end and even managed to find a new rental property for our outgoing tenant. He was always extremely courteous and respectful and indeed responsive, making himself easily contactable whenever his advice was needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ed Dempsey & Associates to any would-be buyers or sellers in the South Dublin area.
Thank you Rory. There were definitely a few challenges on the way but all ended well
