From our first introduction, Ed Dempsey was very confident he could achieve the sale I wished to achieve. He is extremely professional and competent and has a knowledge of the property market that is superior to anything I have seen before. GoogleEd was the agent for a house we recently bought. He was highly professional and ensured the process moved quickly and smoothly. I believe his approach to managing property sales makes the experience easier for both sellers and buyers. For example, to place a bid, one needs to log in and provide proof of funds, which reduces unnecessary noise. After 3, 4 viewings, we moved to the final bidding process, which had a clear deadline. This was much more efficient compared to other agents I’ve encountered, who often drag the final bidding process out for 2, 4 weeks. Ed also skillfully handled hiccups between the seller and us, ensuring a resolution that benefited everyone involved. I highly recommend Ed and his real estate agency.
