Googlei really cant believe in some of the negative reviews on here they must be from competing agents. the reason i believe that is i have been using them for many years with my several properties and found them to be polite helpful and excellent at there job . so do not believe others and use them.

Found me the right property to invest in and then managed it with impeccable style , getting me tenants straight away , never leaving it empty and best market rents . What more could you ask for ! I for one was very impressed and will recommend them to my colleagues

GoogleI allege this company engages in disreputable practises. They were involved in sub letting out my property and I believe they colluded with the tenant to deceive me. Do NOT use them.

GoogleArrogant, useless, impolite. I called a few times to enquire about a property and they never really got back to me and when I was calling they were annoyed. The property is still online but they don't know anything about it. Definitely not a good agent.

GoogleVery rude owner. Called me 'Love' in a snarky tone, and then when I pointed out to her that this was not a nice way to talk to someone. She said, 'O go away Dear' and put the phone down on me. Rather shocked.

I am a tenant from one of the properties that docklands estates manages. I went to them after I had been made redundant from my previous job. I could no longer afford the rent for the property I was living in.One day I walked into docklands estates and explained my situation to them and they were so understanding and helped me find a property that I could afford to live in.I recommend this agent to anyone looking for somewhere to rent.
