GooglePaul and Lisa are by far the best estate agents we have worked whilst living in Rochford. We would highly recommend Diggens & Co to all our friends and family and Will ourselves be using them again next year. We were kept up to date every step of the way, which we hadn’t experienced elsewhere as 9 times out of 10 you’re the one chasing them! Thank you again for the smooth transition into our beautiful new project. Keep up the good work, lots of love ❤️

GoogleIt is not often that you will see publicly estate agents complimenting one another but I wanted to give kudos to Patricia who worked with me inside a sales chain recently and to say it was a tough cookie was an understatement! After the chain collapsing twice we never gave up and finally managed to get it over the line this week! Diggins and Co - Pat is a superstar and not only professional but personable and an asset to your company! She made this self employed agent very happy 😊 Emma @ Yopa Havering
Thanks Emma! Pat was glad she had your help along the way :-)

GoogleDiggins & Co Rochford are just fantastic, and genuinely lovely people. We all know estate agents get a bad rep but Paul & Lisa are very much the opposite of that stereotype. When Paul first visited us to assess our house he was extremely polite, courteous, friendly and really seemed to care, the other agent who visited later that day was not really any of those things despite all the bold claims!! It was such an easy decision to market our property with Diggins and this was 100% down to Paul and him as a person. After agreeing a sale within 24 hours, we were then regularly in touch with Lisa, such a lovely lady and absolutely great at ensuring everything kept moving. She was positive throughout and kept us informed whenever she received new updates, sometimes even just calling to see how we were due to the trials and tribulations caused by our buyers solicitor! We thoroughly recommend Diggins & Co in Rochford, and will be our choice in future should we ever decide to move again!! Thank you so much Paul & Lisa, from Graham & Patrycja.
Thank you so much for the lovely review Graham. We hope you have settled into your new home over Christmas and wish you a fantastic New Year! Paul & Lisa

GoogleWe recently sold a house in the Rochford area. After initially contacting three Rochford estate agents, we found Paul at Diggins & co to be the most professional by a mile. He gave us an honest appraisal of the market, his ideas for obtaining the best result, and a very competitive percentage fee. Finding us the ideal buyer very quickly, Lisa and Paul then worked hard at driving the sale process through to completion. We are very happy with the level of service received at all stages of this sale and would recommend them to anybody. Kevin & Julie
