GoogleProceed with caution: trust, but verify. Recently instructed Davidson Gold to sell my flat. While they’re often praised as friendly, local experts, my experience highlighted a critical warning for landlords: Landlord Tip: Before removing existing tenants, insist on written confirmation from a buyer (Solicitor) that they’re fully committed, get the contract exchanged first. Verbal assurances aren’t enough. In my case, the buyer they introduced proved unserious. I followed their advice, vacated the property, and then it sat empty for three months with no sale. During that time I: • Lost rental income • Incurred legal fees to end the tenancy • Suffered significant stress and mental anguish All because I trusted their word. After the sale stalled, calls and messages went unanswered, and I was left shouldering a huge financial loss. Thank you for reading this.

Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of working with Ian from Davidson Gold estate agents while searching for a retail property for my clinic in Harrow. Although we couldn't proceed due to some clauses from the landlord, Ian's professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail were exceptional. GoogleWe have been using Davidson Gold for years, as private landlords sourcing the best tenants every time for years, and more recently to list and sell a house for us in the middle of a difficult economic climate at the top end of our asking price. Shiran and his team really care about providing the best service. They are honest and attentive in their approach to give you a boutique style service for very reasonable fees. They are relentless in getting the job done, even in the toughest of situations - they will not give up. You will feel like family are helping you - unlike any high street agency. Ask for Ian - great salesman! Highly recommended!!

If your complaint is genuine then you need to come back to us which property you are referring to and for what we are holding your money for. GoogleLandlords beware! They go around asking people to write good surveys after they receive a bad one. I myself trustingly added three good surveys to bring up their rating once when they had received a bad survey. Do not get fooled by a false show of honesty. I have learnt my lesson the hard way! Choose a more established Agent not a dodgy one!
