GoogleMy address is the only one out of all the flats and other blocks of flat that says Luton? Something is wrong here. Lu5 is dunstable not Luton.

GoogleDo not buy a house here. Been here over a year and has been the most awful experience. Had every problem you can imagine, plumbing has been installed incorrectly causing blockages and leaks. Whole of the downstairs floor had to be replaced due to a slow leak. Carpets cut too short, windows not fitted properly so freezing cold house in winter and lots of disruption to fix them. Water coming in from outside on Keylite windows ruining paintwork, taken months to rectify including scaffolding being erected and still not fixed. Water cylinder leaked causing flood on new downstairs floor. Damp in downstairs toilet meaning we had to have industrial dehumidifiers for weeks, still coming through. Noisy pipework meaning we’ve had to have several holes cut in walls and ceilings, about to have it ‘fixed’ for a third time. Sewage smells in several areas of house, intrusive investigations needed. Absolutely shocking decoration, looks like it’s been done by a child. Kitchen fitted poorly, cheap appliances included in ‘gold upgrade’ couldn’t get any cheaper so needed to replace them all ourselves. Grass dead within weeks, so had to spend thousands on garden ourselves. Fence blew down weeks after we moved in. Fire doors didn’t comply, still don’t after being adjusted…they just don’t care. Heating system incorrectly wired, thermostats control different rooms to what they are supposed to….just fobbed off. Door handles fell off leaving child trapped in bathroom, could go on and on. Shocking customer service, they basically ignore you in the end. It’s a full time job managing the problems with the house. Even the contractors who laid the roads ruined our driveway by throwing tarmac all over it, still waiting for them to repair it, they just don’t care. Disgusting company.

GoogleWhat a dreadful experience, terrible sales person no enthusiasm at all, we felt rushed and we had to ask all the relevant questions and not the correct answers. A very negative experience indeed, we have a house to sell and don’t need a mortgage either, but we won’t be buying at Sawbridgeworth Park I’m afraid. 😟 …

GoogleAwful experience today at Sawbridgeworth. Felt very belittled and a very impersonal experience was as if I couldn’t afford the property. Came away feeling awful and very upset!
