GoogleAbsolutely dreadful service. When I decided to withdrawal from the contract as my house didn't sell, they sent me a bill of £180 for escorted viewings. I did not pay this as the contract doesn't say and they did say there was no charge.

GoogleWe instructed David Davies this year to sell our property, from start to finish the service has been outstanding, we were updated regularly, and the staff were very polite throughout. GoogleI'm new in town and house hunting can be quite stressful. I was lucky to get the second place I viewed with David Davies.. Great service delivery! I had to go in a couple of times to complete and submit forms but that is their process. Laura was not just professional but helpful and totally amazing. She was away for a couple days but Ben was great as well. I will definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent or sell property!

GoogleHaving recently sold and bought a property I have had dealings with a number of estate agents. The level of service received from the staff at David Davies has been head and shoulders above anything experienced elsewhere. I dealt with them as a vendor and the transaction was particularly complicated and stressful. I honestly don’t think I could have coped without the support I received from Sarah at the Southport branch. Her combination of professionalism and friendliness is truly outstanding. Moving house will never be stress free, but if David Davies are involved you can be assured that they will be alleviating any stress rather than adding to it. Thank you to all involved.
