The team was super professional and quick to respond during the whole process. They were there for us at every step and were really committed to making sure everything went as planned. They were always available to answer our questions, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail and dedication to results. GoogleDart & Partners - Dawlish have sold two houses for my Mum in the last 18 months. All the way through the process Stuart was helpful, proactive & kept Mum informed. The first sale (an empty doer upper) was quiet straight forward, partly down to the support & advice given by the Dart Dawlish team, and completed in good time. They found a buyer for the second house very quickly, however the process took a lot longer due to things outside their control. The whole team were great, particularily Stuart & Rob who went above & beyond to help Mum including printing documents, witnessing signatures and guiding her through completion of forms. Thank you to Stuart & the team for making the experience a positive one & ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible for Mum. We would definitely recommend Dart & Partners to anyone looking for an estate agent in or around Dawlish.

GoogleAfter my parents' death we needed to sell their house as a probate sale. The house needed some work and the fact that both executors lived in London made things more difficult. Ben gave a fair idea of price and secured multiple viewings over several months in a difficult market. He was always honest in his feedback, keen to update us and absolutely determined to help us sell. We completed in October 2024. I cannot recommend him too highly.

GoogleHaving marketed a property with another agent for 8 months with lots of viewings but no interest I contacted Ben early 2024 Such a contrast. His infectious enthusiasm and confidence was apparent from the start. Professional and realistic our discussions were constructive and occasionally out of hours.Always keeping me up to date he promised to achieve a sale this year. And he delivered on this. Fantastic Ben.
