GoogleTheresa has been absolutely wonderful, and the entire team at the Teignmouth office have been nothing short of legends. Over the past two years, I’ve dealt with many letting agencies and, unfortunately, had more bad experiences than good. Dart & Partners have been a refreshing exception. They have been kind, responsive, professional, and, above all, genuinely human. From the very beginning, I felt like I was being treated as a person rather than just another bank account. They went above and beyond to help me find a home, and despite the incredibly competitive rental market, they found the perfect house that ticked every single box on my wish list. What impressed me most was that they actually listened to what I wanted. Not a single other agent I dealt with did that. I can’t recommend Theresa and the whole team at Dart & Partners highly enough. Thank you for making what is normally a stressful experience such a positive one

GoogleMy agent is based at the Dawlish branch, Stuart. 99.9% of the time I call Stuart at Dawlish I get diverted to the Teignmouth Branch because Dawlish is too busy. Teignmouth say we will pass on the message and call you back. Do you not understand that someone selling a property probably has a job and are phoning you during a rest break and it IS NOT convenient or possible to take a call when back at work. I WOULD NOT recommend yourselves to any family or friends. Please take note.

Stuart is our principal valuer in Dawlish and spends much of his working day out meeting clients, carrying out valuations and conducting viewings. In addition, there are times when the Dawlish team are already engaged on other calls. Rather than allowing callers to reach a voicemail or unanswered phone, our system automatically diverts calls to our Teignmouth office, where additional staff are available to assist and ensure messages are passed on promptly. We fully appreciate that waiting for a callback is not always convenient, particularly when calling during a work break, and we are sorry that this aspect of our service fell short of your expectations. That said, we were delighted to successfully secure a sale for your property and guide the transaction through to completion. Whilst we regret your disappointment with our telephone arrangements, we thank you again for choosing Dart & Partners.

GoogleSelling our house was a tough challenge as it wasn't a house for everyone However Rob, Stuart and Caroline were brilliant. They are very easy to chat to and cheerful even though it took some time to get a buyer they were always positive. We mainly dealt with Rob, who was always polite and professional and determined to get us a buyer which he did. Thank you all, we are going to miss you

GoogleGreat experience with Dart & Partners. Jordan was fantastic and so helpful with securing us a place to live. We had added complications due to moving from the U.S. and Jordan was patient and always answered my (many) questions. Teresa was also brilliant and looked after us so well with viewings. GoogleStuart, Rob and Caroline of the Dawlish branch went above and beyond to find the perfect property for my parents in the exact location they were after. They answered all our questions and nothing was ever too much. Stuart was off the day of completion and he stayed late the day before emailing over documents. I cannot thank you all enough.
