Avoid at all cost! Extremely rude and dismissive. Like all letting agents their loyalties lie with the landlord this is at the cost of the tenants, instead of advising landlords to carry out work that is needed to be done at the property they will wait for the tenants to move out and make them responsible instead of making the landlord responsible for their own property. I moved into a property with stains on the bathroom floor which I was assured would be cleaned, various other minor issues which should have been resolved prior to moving in ie grass not being cut for months the shower having black mould in the corners and poor plumbing under the kitchen sink, upon vacating the property I have now been told I am responsible for this and it will be deducted from my deposit. They have failed to send necessary documents which again they are trying to use against us to deduct from our deposit. I would strongly advise renting privately where possible there is just not enough protection for tenants
