GoogleWe have found D&Ps to be really helpful and proactive for our very frustrating mid pandemic held up for far too long, house purchase. Izabela did all she could with regard to communications when things were dragging and politely assisted my efforts to understand the probate service during pandemic. She patiently dealt with my inclination to want to strangle people, and quite possibly prevented us both from having a full on tantrum/breakdown. Izabela has assisted us all the way through and done all that she was able to do for us in moving our sale forward, until today when we crossed the first of the finish lines and exchanged. Chris was also very helpful, funny and supportive when we felt like things would never move forward. Very pleased we were fortunate enough to buy a home sold by these lovely personable people and would definitely use them again in the future (might just never move again now though).... GoogleTop notch service. Dart & Partners were not the only agent I talked to about selling but I chose them over the others because they just seemed more straightforward and transparent and I felt at ease with them. It was the right choice. They found me a buyer within two weeks of first listing and they got me the asking price. The sale was not entirely problem free but Chris was always available to help in any way he could. Always taking my calls or ringing back later if he couldn't.

GoogleAfter we got a few local estate agents to value our property we decided to use Dart and Partners to sell our house based on professional interactions with Chris during the initial valuation. We chose to sell our property during a difficult time but once we had an offer the process was efficient and both Chris and Izabella from the Dawlish office were supportive and helpful. Should I be in a position to sell my property again I would not hesitate to use Dart and Partners.

He's always been extremely professional, friendly, calm and approachable - always a pleasure to talk to! GoogleI recently sold my cottage through Dart & Partners in Dawlish and was extremely impressed. Chris Pearson valued the house and is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and area, as well as being extremely personable. Izabela took the trouble to come and look at the house on her way home one evening so she was aware of the quirks of the location and layout which I was impressed with. She has a very nice way about her and is clearly very good at her job. They sold my house extremely quickly with an efficient and professional negotiation and the transaction completed within two months (pretty unheard of at the moment).
