We are sorry that you felt it necessary to leave us a one-star review. It is also a shame that your review was the first contact we had with you for many months. The residential lettings office tried for a very long time and in a variety of different ways to connect with you to try and resolve the situation but no response was forthcoming.

GoogleEamon at Dart & Partners was extremely helpful, the whole procedure with the team at Teignmouth was straight forward and uncomplicated. After moving in we have a couple of concerns which we raised with Eamon, he immediately dealt with them arranging replacement and repairs. Nice start to our new home.

GoogleWe’ve just exchanged on a place in Teignmouth and pick the keys up next week. Dart&Partners have been great from the outset - from our first viewings, to finding and securing our forever home - thank you. A special shout out to Ben Epps for his sound advice and pointing us in the right direction. And most of all big thanks to Jen Murray who has been totally brilliant. Jen has kept us sane over the last weeks and gone above and beyond in helping to get us over the line. Many thanks Jen and team for being so patient, kind and cheerful throughout. Means a lot and you standout head and shoulders above the rest. Joyce & Rosie xx

GoogleDart and Partners Dawlish came to the rescue after Fulfords wasted months, deceived us and let us down. Without any hesitation Dart and Partners team fought against all odds to get our sale back on track despite the mess that Fulford's left behind. The dedication from the team at Dart's was superb. They are truly passionate about their duty to their work and success was achieved by their ingenuity, tenacity and humanity, they achieved success against all the odds.
