GoogleIf you are looking to sell your property with this company then I would strongly advise you look elsewhere, we are cash buyers, so nothing to sell, no chain etc, we popped in over the weekend to register our details and enquire about one particular property. We were met by a very pleasant young girl who took our details but it was her first day so couldn’t answer any of our questions, she informed us that Paul the manager would be able to help. We waited and after a few minutes he appeared and sat at his desk where upon he engaged himself in working on his computer and mobile phone, we obviously wanted to know as much as possible about the property but he seemed pre occupied and only gave very limited answers to our questions. He couldn’t even be bothered to stand up and introduce himself, so we left to register with the other estate agents. This morning we get an email saying that he has removed our details from their mailing list ! I don’t think we will ever be stepping inside their door again!

GoogleI purchased a BTL property through D&P and throughout the whole process I could not fault their professionalism and service. Paul and the team were brilliant and even though I went on to manage the property privately he offered such sound advise that I've called on their expertise many a time since and value their help and judgement.

GoogleI would like to say while communicating with Jennay Murray at the Teignmouth office of Darts and Partners Estate Agents it is a joy to have such a professional kind and experienced team member to be able to trust when discussing such important decisions involving house, home and area choices. It is one of the biggest decisions to make, so to have the advice and support from Jennay who is able to not only give sound advice of property values, but also the in-depth knowledge she has on the local area is a huge relief to know the advice given comes with full trust. By this informed decisions can be made making the process as a whole less stressful. Thank you Jennay for being you.
