Dandara offers well-appointed apartments and provides commendable support to individual flat owners in addressing issues within their homes. However, they exhibit a marked reluctance to resolve defects pertaining to the building or communal areas. This persistent oversight compels residents to engage in ongoing disputes with both the management company and Dandara directly. Despite being raised over two years ago, these issues remain unaddressed, leaving the residents without the necessary support.

I had a fantastic experience viewing properties in Crowborough. Elliot, who showed me around, was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the development and the buying process. I am just starting my journey as a first-time homebuyer and found the experience with Dandara to be excellent. The staff were very friendly, and the show homes were impressive.

Recently sold our bungalow in Dandara's Hazelwood development in Aberdeen. Our search for another property has found nothing to compare with the design and specification of Dandara, not only locally but also in other areas of Scotland. As a result we are drawn back to the same location and the adjacent development at The Grange. Alanna's knowledge and advice was extremely helpful in our decision making process.

A very pleasant experience and was made to feel very welcome by Ashley. He responded to my queries in a professional manner and took notes of my particular requestPlease note that after leaving clear instructions that I would confirm my offer on Monday the 10th of June, Dandara allowed another supposedly prospective buyer to put an offer in without informing me. I checked on Friday and was told by Ashley and another Sales agent that this was done by one of their superiors. I think that this is an incredulous story as Ashley stated that he was going to contact me on Thursday night and somehow did not do so. However, the lady sales agent stated that they found out that the property which was on reserve to me has been offered to someone who is going to rent it on the Friday by email. I was shown an alternative property which was not as good as the one which I had initially chosen.I am disappointed and On the basis of this experience, i do not want anything to do with Dandara as I feel that I have been victimised in favour of one of their buddies- It would be great to hear from the supposed superior and receive an apology.
