GoogleI have recently sold my house with Colebrook Sturrock in Hawkinge and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. Our house sold very quickly and efficiently. Nicky and her team couldn’t have been more accommodating if they tried- they were always happy to help and were quick to communicate with us every step of the way. Our move has certainly been made a lot less stressful thanks to these guys! Thank you again 😊

GoogleArranged to see 1 bed cottage and while we arrives a good 10,15 minutes early, the agent was nowhere to be seen. We had to leave as we both had work to get to. No curtesy call to be told agent was running late and told it's just one of those things. Very disappointed as it was a lovely location.

GoogleVery petty people to deal with. Took some money off our deposit when moving out when there was absolutely nothing wrong. Actually I'd say it was in better condition when we left it to when we moved in. Other people that lived on the street for years told me that whatever you do. These guys will always deduct money off your deposit it has happened to lots of people before, which makes me feel that these guys are not honest people. Also they said we would get our deposit back within 5 days but came back on the 8th day after constantly calling them as i had to do the chasing! They are also liers telling my partner one thing over the phone and me another. Life lesson learnt!

GoogleWe bought our house in Sandwich with Colebrook Sturrock in September '18 and they were brilliant. We had a number of viewings and they were extremely accommodating with timings etc to fit around our work schedule. They liaised quickly between us and the vendor and the sale was arranged very quickly. During the sale process they were very communicative and our solicitor said they were a good agent. We were not pushed into using their mortgage advisor or surveyors which was refreshing having spoken to other estate agents. We would highly recommend Colebrook and were very appreciative of the bottle of bubbles we found at the house on move in day. Thank you very much Colebrook Sturrock.

GoogleHad these guys give us a valuation in regards to putting our house on the market towards the end of last year and thought it was reasonable but ended up trying a different estate agent who had offices in London. We then had a look into a house buying company who asked colebrook and sturrock to give them a valuation. They proceeded to drop the value of our house by £205,000. Both valuations were carried out without visiting our home and conducted by the same person, Simon, who i believe is the branch manager/owner? So in my opinion not consistent at all or trustworthy in any way. This being said, i would really like to hear a response and how they justify there actions. So please get in touch!!

GooglePANTS Service!! Felt strung along here, for someone seeking to let a property. It' my 1st year of employ and the information I have since found out does not correspond at all with the song - sheet that was sung to me "here". not only unhelpful and misleading but feeling fleeced of £150.00.. Wouldnt use again even if I were paid. (Will not Be using when purchasing for sure)
