Simon at Christie & Co dealt with the sale of a Residential Care Home for me. I have worked with Simon on other sales previously and already had a positive relationship with him. I was confident of a sale. From the outset Simon was proactive and during discussions about the value of the business he evidenced a lot of knowledge of the sector and already had clients he knew would be interested in buying the business. It sold within a month at the full asking price.
