TrustpilotBad service
If you want poor service this is the estates agents for you!! The sale manager Ahmad was very unhelpful, rude and pushy, if I could give a zero star I would of and completely waisted our time! Be warned!

TrustpilotThis agency is not trust worthy
This agency is not trust worthy, you make a contract with them and sign inventory, now when try to contact them back with regards to issues such as house cleaning mouldy walls, there response will being, “deal with it” not literally but they will not make any effort to help you further, the agents in west Drayton branch are the worst, yes they will frustrate you to your limits! And most of the time landlords gang up with them to snitch money out of your deposit in the end. Typical pathetic mindset of the landlord agent “couple” !!

Thank you for your review Mehvish although I must disagree with its content. Upon reviewing our records, I am pleased to confirm that this matter was resolved by adjudication completed by the TDS. I can also confirm that any repairs reported to our Property Management Team during your tenancy had been discussed with yourself and addressed in order to conclude the matter and not to benefit from the tenant, Cameron have been trading for 28 years, are ARLA licensed Agents adhering to the highest professional standards, and are proud to have thousands of satisfied customers & verified five star Google and Allagents reviews.

TrustpilotQuality and range of available properties 👍
Our landlord decided to sale a flat which we currently renting so we choose local agents - Cameron - West Drayton to try and find new place. From first steps in we felt most welcomed. Ketan Tailor was managing our case - quick questionnaire to get to know our preferences etc and within my first visit he managed to confirm first viewing for us followed by two more in next three days. During that time we were well informed about all aspects of renting and referencing check process. So with that in mind and new place sorted now we want to say Cameron crew are superb to work with, professional guys, efficiency and communication at top level. Thank you Ketan, thank you all Cameron team! Kind regards. Roman & Kat
