I am a property landlord, worked with three different letting agents. My experience of working with Cameron has been extremely frustrating.
At 1st lease renewal expect to be hit with excessive fees with no prior notification, as I was. When I queried these last year I was ignored, having chased a response (several times) the response I received was extremely rude and abrupt.
At second renewal I was advised the fee wouldn't be charged this time, but despite this I was charged. I queried this, no response, chased several times and when finally got a response was advised as I didn't take the offer immediatley it wasn't valid. None of this was ever made clear. They have now agreed to refund the fee but made it clear this is all my fault!!
Would not recommend Cameron to a landlord, and if/when my tenant decides to vacate the property will be switching agents.

I am sorry to hear you are feeling frustrated, although that’s not what happened, is it Glen?
All the negotiated fees applied on the renewal of the tenancy were included within the mutually fully agreed terms and conditions of business, which were presented to you prior to our business relationship had commenced.
Upon the second year’s renewal you requested yet a further reduction of the fees, which was agreed in appreciation of your valued business.
You had not responded to this offer, or any further emails following up on the negotiations of the renewal which resulted in this not being agreed or completed.
You have contacted us again recently, several months after the last contact, asking us to renegotiate a new tenancy term and a further reduction in fees to you which was dealt with satisfactorily. I invite you to recheck the timeline of your e-mails.
So in summary, despite agreeing all fees in advance, we have agreed to accommodate all your requests.
It is also interesting to note that you appear to be a serial one star reviewer on Trustpilot (Eight out of Eight of your reviews are One Star).
